The Energon Refinery is where most of The Complex gets it's energy from, and essentially forms the industrial section of the installation.

The Refinery is actually two large chunks of styrofoam packing from a stereo system stuck together. There is a lock on the front that keeps the two pieces together, since the entire building can detatch from the base and be opened to look inside.

There are various stations like this one at the Complex. They provide cover during military actions as well as computer terminals for less-hostile assignments.

This section of the complex was intended to be a stand-alone tower, but I connected it with a bridge to the other side anyway. This whole area was scratchbuilt useing foamcore.

The Spychanger Defense Grid is an integral part of the Complex’s defense. The SDG is comprised of various heavily shielded emplacements throughout the Complex, manned by the Spychangers. Each emplacement has sophisticated targeting computers and communication equipment to aid the spychangers in battle. Each Spychanger must use his own weapon, but they can be recharged instantly through power grid taps in the emplacement.

Each emplacement is made of Yogurt containers.

The Rapid Nadion Emitters are located in a single rotating emplacement just below the observation level. The RNE’s are designed to take out ground troop movements entering the base, but they can be set for multiple attack vectors. They are moderately effective against armor plating, and completely ineffective against projected energy shields (unless set to overload power).

You can't really tell from this picture, but the weathering effect on the guns looks great. Each gun is a working dollar-store squirt pistol.

The Upper Docking Pylons provide landing/takeoff facilities for one large Transformer, and dual pads for smaller ones.

This sucker took forever to build since I ran out of materials halfway through construction. 90 % of the structure itself is scratchbuilt out of foamcore, the dual landing pads on either side are styrofoam packing from a refridgerator.
