Gods of Shadows of Mutation...
Ayios- The God of light, wisdom, life, hope, goodness, purity, and divine holiness. Worshipped in Divinus Praesenti. He is a very superior and ancient god. His worshippers wear his symbol on medallions, rings, or tattoos. His symbol is the blooming lotus flower, meaning endless hope, new life, and radiance of light. His creations were the Lotus Fairies, which bless those with health and happiness if they are pure of heart. Many say that he takes the form of a white robed man radiating with blinding light. Others say he is a lotus flower among the others and only few can pick him out. And some say he is a great king that lives in the heavens, watching over all.
Pyra Fierra- The Goddess of war, fire, and lust. Also known as the balance of neutrality. She symbolizes human nature, what everyone wants in life. She is worshipped among the warriors in Fortitudo and has many temples there. Being the master of fire, the Desert Elves pray to her for their strong fire abilities. Her symbol is a flame and two scimitars making an x below the fire. Her creations are humans, the “burden” of Caelestis, as said by the elves and centaurs. She is pictured as a very beautiful woman dressed in red, translucent clothes, the color of fire and blood. She sits on a chaise and seduces those who lay eyes upon her.
Brezzaerus- The God of the sky, winds, and lightning. He is a large dragon that is said to live on the peak of the highest point on an island in Anima Licens. He is one of the three main Gods in Anima Licens. It is said that anyone who pulls a scale off this dragon will transform into an Elohim, which is his race that he created. His symbol is a wind current with three lines. It would be easy to spot this dragon while sailing the ocean. They say that when he is angry, he roars thunder and uses his lightning breath on the ground to relieve his stress. When he is sad and crying, it rains, resembling his tears.
Terragaiaus- The God of the earth, plants, stone, and nature. He is very old and wise. He takes the form of a large, oak tree, which is located in the middle of a jungle on an island in Anima Licens. He is the second of the three Gods of Anima Licens. It is said that a leaf from this tree God will grant one the ability to talk to plants and animals. His symbol is the three-pointed leaf. Many druids, Forest Elves, and Centaurs worship him, for they are his creations. Only a high class druid will be able to talk to the tree, for only then will the face of an old man appear to give wisdom. He is the oldest of the three Gods in Anima Licens.
Nautilius- The God of water, and the sea. He takes the form of a large angler fish and lives deep down in the dark abyss of the ocean. Mermaids, mermen, and sirens are the only possible people that have the chance of encountering him. Some say he is very moody, and the ocean reflects his moods. Others say he sends storms out to sea as a warning to stay away from the sea because danger lurks near. His creations are the mer-people and sirens. He can use telepathy and song to communicate underwater with things. They say touching the lantern of Nautilius will grant one control over the sea. Most mermen are sent to find him and gain their storm powers from his lantern. His symbol is three splashes of water.
Hymerus- The God of the Sun, light, love, music, and time. He rises as the sun and watches over all during the day, spreading his golden light. He is said to be the most handsome being in existence and all women worship his good looks. He appears as a well-built man with long, golden blonde hair and a bronze tan. He is often represented in pictures and statues playing a harp. His Ballad of Romance is a song he plays often when two people are together so they fall in love. Many scriptures have been written about his countless love affairs and romantic experiences. His representative on Caelestis is the legendary Phoenix, guardian of the Desert Elves. His symbol is a golden sun with a heart shaped hole in it and a small hourglass shaped harp below it.
Anheronia- The Goddess of the Moon, ice, darkness, silence, and time. She is the lonely, little sister of Hymerus. Rising with the moon each night, she only is able to reflect the light she had stolen from her brother. She cannot warm the earth with stolen light, only freeze it. She appears as a little girl with flowing black/navy hair, extremely pale skin, and ice blue eyes. Her breath brings coldness to the world, freezing it. This is known as winter. Happiness does not exist among her; she is the symbol of misery. Her symbol is a crescent moon with an icicle running through it. Another thing she is famous for is splitting up couples and ruining moments of romance created by her brother by using her powers of cold and shadows.
Magius- The God of wizardry magic, time, and death. He imprisons the souls of dead mages in his giant hourglass. He is the essence of the flow of time, working with Hymerus and Anheronia to create night and day, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries, millennia, eras, eons, and time itself. He is also known as the bringer of magic, allowing wizards to explore the hidden power of the universe. He is an old man dressed in heavy, violet robes that cover his entire body. Some say all he is, is a floating mass of robes. If anyone sees him holding his hourglass full of magic souls, it means that they will die. This God is probably the most dangerous to anger, seeing that he can take away life, remake life, or alter the past.
