The Colonels are mostly there for maintenance, intimidation, and backup assistance. They do most of the verbal work.
The Majors are the trained assassins, their sole purpose is to do as told by the Colonels or General.
The Captains are the new recruit trainers, they do several tests of physical labour to ready privates for the next step into the force
The Lieutenants are backup killers. They answer mostly to the majors but as other, take instructions from all of the above.
The Sergeants answer to the Captains. Their main duty is to find worthy youngsters to train for new recruits.
The Corporals are specifically signed to jobs in their lonesome. They answer to any of the above but are usually assigned to a certain class.
The Privates are merely new recruits or ones that do not provide proper support to influence the force.
