So I finally decided to put this somewhere. After all, my opinions on important! And since I can’t update the Championshipping FAQ, shippings, here we come!

Championshipping (Lance x Ash or Lance x Red) (OTP) (yaoi): I founded Championshipping in 2002. I Love, love, love it. I vehemently search for hints when Lance shows up in the anime series and write tons of fanfic. Ash does tend to treat Lance as his idol, as he goes all ‘hero’ when he sees him in Johto. Plus, Lance has saved Ash’s life at least twice! I think there is definitely potential for this ship. This is the only pairing I truly, utterly, adore, and will hopefully never abandon. 5 years and still going! As for Lance x Red, well, in the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga, their personalities would mesh well.
Metroshipping (Wallace x Ruby) (yaoi): In the Pokemon Special/Adventures Manga, Ruby begs Wallace to be his teacher in the way of Contests. I like this shipping because it’s adorably cute. Ruby is just so earnest, and he tries hard to make Wallace proud of him. The shipping is somewhat one-sided since I’m not sure Wallace returns Ruby’s feelings, but still! ^^
Originshipping (Steven x Wallace) (yaoi): Steven and Wallace seem to have had some history between them, and when Steven dies during the Pokemon Special control of the Regis arc, Wallace cries over him. Admittedly, it could also be strong friendship, but they do say friends make the best lovers…
Tripleguardianshipping, Sunsparkshipping, and Moonglowshipping (Ash/Red and Lance with OC Charlotte) (het) (OT3): Charlotte is an Original Character, and some people would probably call her a Mary-Sue. I don’t blame them. But it’s fun to write! In my fanon world, she’s Ash/Red’s older sister figure and she and Lance spend a lot of time discussing the fate of the world. And she has cool powers. Whee!
Alfshipping (Ash x Max) (yaoi): Max seems to look up to Ash, and they are friends. It’s cute once in a blue moon, but it doesn’t affect me to the degree that Championshipping does. Max is also kind of a brat at first, and irritating.
Mirageshipping (Ash x Sabrina) (het): Ash did save Sabrina’s soul, or at least her sanity, when he battled her in Saffron. It’s a pity she hasn’t shown up since. The age difference might pose a challenge, though. Still, I bet she could seduce him if she had to.
Rideshipping (Ash x Lara Laramie) (het): They seem like good friends and he did help Lara win the race.
Sweetflowershipping (Ash x Erika) (het): Ash gets along with Erika too.
Venomshipping (Koga x Green) (yaoi): In the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga, they have been both opponents and allies. They seem to interact well together. Besides, Green could use an older man to take care of him…
Fuchsiashipping (Koga x Aya) (het): So this is incest. I like the way Koga and Aya get along though, and she really loves her big brother. And Koga is pretty nice to his little sister…
Chestshipping (Lorelei x Misty) (yuri): Misty was puppy-eyed over Lorelei for the entire episode when they met. She definitely loves the Elite Four trainer. And Lorelei might like Misty…
In General: I pretty much only pair Lance with Ash, and vice versa.
Pokeshipping (Ash x Misty) (het): In early 1998-99, I actually liked this pairing. However, too soon it became nothing but clichéd, OOC fluff. The good authors all seemed to take off and leave the fandom. Also, Misty is abusive to people and pokemon alike – just look at how she treats Ash, Brock and Psyduck. And she’s a sexist bitch – remember how she didn’t let Ash and Brock celebrate Boy’s Day after being such a whiner and begging to borrow their pokemon to win the dolls on Girl’s Day? She makes women look bad! If anything, this shipping is one-sided and Ash will never love her back! I HATE this ship. Utterly DESPISE it. And I can’t write AAMRN to save my life anyways…
Palletshipping (Gary x Ash) (yaoi): After my failure with Pokeshipping, I decided to see if the yaoi side of things was more my style. To my horror, the fanfiction was even *more* clichéd and irritating. I see Ash and Gary as friendly rivals perhaps in Johto, later on, but other than that, no. And I don’t forgive Gary for being a bastard in Kanto. Maybe one-sided, but writing it is like pulling teeth. Also, the ton of sappy, OOC MPREG fics makes me ill.
Comashipping (Paul x Ash) (yaoi): I didn’t think I would hate anything more than Palletshipping, but this proved me wrong. Paul is even more abusive than Misty and ruder to Ash than Gary! He abuses and abandons his pokemon! Why would Ash want a guy like that? And if Paul ever gets nice and fluffy, the producers of the animation series must be on drugs!
Specialshipping (Yellow x Red) (het): Yellow did save Red, kind of, in the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga, and she does have an enormous crush on him, but Red is as dense as Ash. He probably doesn’t return the feelings. Also, as I hate Yellow, I don’t support this ship.
Neochampionshipping (Steven x Lance) (yaoi): Eye candy. No evidence whatsoever that the two Champions met, and OOC as all hell when written.
Lansumishipping (Tyson x Lance) (yaoi): Just… no!
Tyson’s an ugly TR bastard.
Daddyshipping (Professor Oak x Ash) (yaoi): Scary as all hell, especially when people write 5 year old Ash trying to have sex with the old man. WTF? The age gap really doesn’t endear me. Plus, Oak’s … ugly.
Grantedshipping (Lance x Yellow) (het): There’s at least ten years of gap, but more importantly, THEY WERE TRYING TO KILL EACH OTHER OVER AN ACTIVE VOLCANO. Some people even write stories where Yellow rehabilitates Lance into a gooey-eyed, melting puddle of fluffy, spineless love for her. Out of Character and improbable!
Shattershipping (Giovanni x Ash) (yaoi): The few stories I’ve seen here are where he rapes Ash. ‘Nuff said. No love.
Polishipping (Red x Gold) (yaoi): Gold is possibly the most irritating character *ever* in the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga. He’s a rude, arrogant braggart. Red deserves better.
Potentialshipping (Bruno x Lance): Bruno is a weakling and a wimp. Hate him. I’m never pairing him with my Dragon Master!
Inutilshipping (Lance x Paul): EEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! I hope Paul gets owned!
Akaishipping (Lance x Silver): Silver does work for Lance in the GSC arc of Pokemon Special/Adventures manga, but he doesn’t even like Lance, and threatens his life twice at least, so not love.
Sakura x Syaoran (het): Nice in small doses, but can get clichéd real fast. It has the advantage of being canon.
Yukito x Syaoran (yaoi): This is canon, at least for part of the first season. It’s cute, even if one-sided.
Yue x Syaoran (yaoi) (OTP): I am not quite sure how I came up with this pairing. However, if Syaoran was attracted to Yue as a person, not to his magic, this could work out well and would not interfere in Yukito’s relationship with Touya.
Touya x Syaoran (yaoi): Why on earth? Syaoran loves Sakura and Touya loves Yukito! And the rival! Sex aspect just makes me feel blah.
Eriol x Syaoran (yaoi): The creepiness factor involves Eriol being a 40-year old man (around) in a kid’s body. Also, he’s Clow Reed’s reincarnation, and Reed was Syaoran’s uncle.
Light x Mikami (OTP) (yaoi): Mikami worships Light (Kira). He’s seriously obsessively loyal, and wouldn’t mind sleeping with his Master should Light demand it. I don’t think Light is capable of loving anyone, but he trusts and likes Mikami, so that’s good enough.
Light x Misa (het): Misa is Light/Kira’s ultimate fangirl, and he does find her annoying, but they do live together and it is canon. They at least get along sometimes…
Light x L or L x Light (yaoi): They are trying to kill each other. Plus, they both are cynical, manipulative, and cold. I can see rough sex, but definitely NOT fluff, OR MPREG cuteness. It’s not a friendship even!
Sealshipping (Pharaoh Atemu x Priest Mahaado) (yaoi): They were childhood friends. Plus, Mahaado is utterly, absolutely loyal to Atemu, and the Pharaoh respects it. It’s adorable! Also, after his death, Mahaado became the Dark Magician to stay with Atemu. If that’s not love…
Loyaltyshipping (Yami no Yuugi x Dark Magician) (yaoi): Look at how many times the Dark Magician has saved Yami no Yuugi! They definitely get along with each other.
Puppyshipping (Seto Kaiba x Jounichi Katsuya) (yaoi): It is kind of cute ^^
Any variation of Yami and Seto being together, whether it
is past selves, present selves, alternate selves, or in threesomes/moresomes
(yaoi): NO. I don’t care if there isn’t any
incest, of if there is. They can be rivals who respect each other. But they are
definitely NOT bedding each other!
Ringshipping (Thief King Bakura x Mahaado) (yaoi): The guy killed him, stole his Millennium Ring, and
keeps trying to kill the Pharaoh. And Mahaado’s supposed to sleep with him?
That would go against everything that makes him Mahaado! OOC!
Any Yu-Gi-Oh Character with a Mary-Sue (yaoi/het/yuri): Self-explanatory, I hope
Yami x Bakura (any) and/or Malik (any): Enemies =/= hot sex lovers
As for all other
shippings that are not listed here, I’m probably neutral towards them. Or just
ignore them. I.e., Eliteshipping (Lance/Lorelei), Syaoran x Meiling, Touya x
Yukito, and Ryou x Bakura…
If a ship does not exist
at the time of this manifesto, it may show up next time if I hate/love it.
There are lots of things I
hate, but I try to ignore them for the most part. I hate Pokeshippers for
flaming me monthly and trying to convert me. I hate Mpreg. And I hate the
hundred of people who favorite me yet never review!
