Height: I honestly don't know, he seems pretty tall in the anime but not that much in the manga. (5'6 ish?)
Eye Color: Golden yellow (pokemon adventure manga), brown or gray (anime), unknown (Pokemon RBYGSC)
Hair Color: Red (pokemon adventure/special manga), pink (anime), reddish pink (Pokemon RBYGSC) However, in fanfic his hair has been red, orange, pink, blonde, black, green, blue...
In Pokemon Zensho manga he may be blonde.
Relations: Clair is his younger first cousin in the manga, they have the same grandfather, and Lance's father is the older brother of Clair's father. Clair calls him 'older brother' though, so they must be close.
Lives: Indigo Plateau OR Blackthorn City. There is evidence in the game and anime that he lives/lived in Blackthorn. Maybe manga as well.
Personality: Well, in RBY and FR/LG he doesn't do anything, in pokemon GSC he helps you somewhat on your journey and isn't angry when you beat him. In the anime series, he seemed nice enough, he cared for Ash somewhat, and we know he's a good trainer who uses Dragonite... in the Pokemon Adventures/Special manga, he's a possible madman who has the Viridian Power and leads the Elite Four, hell-bent on destroying the human population for thier careless destruction of the environment. He also seems to have very good control of dragons and their special powers there...

1.) Lance is Ash's father
I personally think Lance is way too young... besides, he would have had to have sex with Delia at a very young age... this used to be popular in the pokemon fandom until Delia/Giovanni won out by a million miles.
2.) Lance is Drake
They have both shown up in the anime series and they are not the same person. Drake does not exist in game or Pokemon Special/Adventures or Pokemon Zensho manga.
3.) Giovanni is Lance's father
This would actually be morbidly amusing, but from the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga we know that that isn't true.Giovanni is actually Silver's father.
