The cyclops was originally designed to be a computer piloted frame. They would be piloted by a central computer that controlled a large number of them. They are simple frames, with only two weapons- it's fists. They have an energy field around them that does damage when it hits something. Now many of them are retrofitted with cockpits so they can be man-piloted.
