winter dreams

snow fell last night
it continues

     drops more inches
on frozen      ground
to keep us      apart
               even longer

snow mobiles      rattle
     the roadside
echoes of vibrations
I feel
     in need
          of you

one more      winter day
          cold desire
in dire need
of your fire
     to warm
          this arctic
               passion
