From a Report on media and politically connected harassment, with electronic harassment and mind control in NYS and NYC. Taken from the experiences of one targeted individual, who after being selected underwent over a decade of harassment and torture. During this period sevarl nicknames were ascribed to this individual target so as to keep the origins of all as the haassment itself, covert, anonymous, unknown.

Here a suspected AA member and a methadone addict from Westchester County, showing up at a hotel where I stayed during school semester in the West Village, plotting with hotel residents and doing street theater as I slept.
This tape seems important in revealing connections within Group-stalking groups in NYS, their techniques, and how Group-stalking is tied together with entertainment, electronic voice harassment, and mind-control. Even to the point of using volumes of sound, through sound tech unions, on audiences, in an effort to suggest or implant any variety of ideas to masses of people, at once.
There are more nuances, more dialogue in this sound byte than one can almost hear with MusicMatchJukebox, Real Player, or media Player, supplied with Windows XP 2000. Musicmatchjukebox, or Real Player will get you there, and you may replay the parts which need listening to over as many times as you like.
This was transcribed with GOLDWAVE sound editing also. There is applause coming from a theater in the building. There seems to be an interaction to sound and acyivity coming from the stage area by the men speaking, and another voice which seems to drone on almost unnoticed throughout the sound byte. They interact with the sound. This is important
. There is sound here involved with several levels, but all levels, even the theater cast, and audience, which is a live performance are involved, with large scale, ongoing, very widespread harassment. It becomes obvious that the theme and bitter stories and scale of this entertainment extravaganza perpetrated on and about me, make this ongoing harassment dangerous, and involves irrational and dangerous individuals.
These are the voices or players in this ongoing electronic nationwide, even worldwide harassment, involving the use of volumes of subliminal type sound delivered by union workers, and sound technologists related to show-business.. These are the voices: .
1: A heavy base din of a voice, rambling continuously in monotone, throughout the whole tape, it is almost inaudible at most times, and one concentrates on, of course, the most audible voices during listening this voice can be heard by concentrating on it only....
2: The suspected stage players, actors in the play, “Hedgewig and the Angry Inch”, themselves seem to, I believe, all interact with the other
3: The audience voices.
4: The voices of men standing near enough to my bed room door, speaking as I sleep trying to alter perceptions by invading the subconscious and sleeping mind.
Not to drag this out but, these events happened this time while I was staying at the Riverview Hotel, the former Jane West Hotel, on Jane Street in NYC Greenwich Village. Approximately a block and a half from the residence of the superintendent’s, from my old building in Westchester County, son, and a block from where I can I.D. an old methadone clinic crony from Westchester also, in the area. I believe it is his voice out in the hallway, and he has been reported to me as having died years ago. Many of the voices are projected into other buildings here in NYC., related to where I am. This takes cooperation and a large network.
A short time later I I.D’ed one cousin of mine from Staten Island, entering the same apartment as that old now supposedly deceased acquaintance, right in this neighborhood
The theater formerly called the Institute, is where the survivors of the Titanic were taken after she sank. There is a theater in it and at the time of several nightly tapings done to protect myself, “Hedgewig and the Angry Inch”, was the play. It is about the fall of the Berlin wall. .
The old building echoes and made the taping easier. All of it was done as I did homework or slept, without me being aware of what was happening outside the door...
At the moment some of this is inaudible, but here you can hear several different individuals trying to hatch a plot, create a scenario, a skit to use as, with and during the live stage or sound broadcasts.Read the transcript first, before you listen, and repeat this until you pick up on the rhythm. It is part of an ongoing plan, an orchestrated harassment.
This technique also involves the use of sound technology and is done at night as I, we, the whole building, slept, with the hopes that my free associations and perceptions about characters in my life, would be changed, to cause fear and paranoia, and their positions in relation to my family’s involvement and attempts at subterfuge like this would remain hidden. My family seemed to hook themselves up with some methadone clinic patients from my past, through associates of. those individuals here.
Some of these are the people who, after I went into recovery, who I was told had passed away, died, dead, and who I suspect now, weren’t dead but part of a clever ongoing group-stalkng harassment scheme.. This was done so as to, keep their presence in this, unknown harassment, if discovered, completely secret, from me. These are who I suspect are behind a lot of the nightly harassments, witnessed here, if not some of the actual nightly performers, and although members of Narcotics Anonymous are mentioned here, I suspect several of them as being aware and part of this scheme which earlier on resulted in a vehicular mayhem..
LATER, SEPARATELY LISTEN TO, THE APPLAUSE SEGMENTS WITHIN THE CLIP ONLY. THE SOUND TECH.. IS ALSO PRACTICING THIS METHOD OF PASSING INFORMATION USED FOR AND DURING ELECTRONIC SUBLIMINAL HARASSMENT. IT IS A MIND CONTROL DOUBLE WHAMMY. AND ON TOP OF THIS, THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE SHOW IS A DEEP BASE VOICE DRONE, RAMBLING CONTINUOUSLY. IT IS HARDLY AUDIBLE AT ALL. IF AFTER YOU LISTEN TO THE WHOLE THING JUST LISTEN FOR HIS VOICE. IT IS A, COMPUTERIZED ALTERED DEEP BASE VOICE.
There are also the usual undertones of fainter voices echoing throughout the building also. This time they are more faint, than the men operating out in the hallway some of the fainter ones operate in many NYC buildings almost at once.. They start the conversation and are heard as hushed voices. The louder male voices engage in information sharing, meant to be heard by me as I sleep. To introduce fear and agitation upon wakening, to engage others also in acts of terrorization whether it be stalking, robbery, vandalism etc.

Banging of steam on the pipes, the rest of the tape is that disembodied voice and is mostly inaudible. You might pick out a word or two on your own. Esmeralda, Boo Boo, and Metlife are names related to AA or NA members. Much of this was about discrediting me or my story. Many AA and NA members have taken part in this. Esmeralda NA, Metlife, Alice Tamboia- AA Boo Boo Louie Aur AA. Each has their beef but Arthur Motts who I believe is the voice on the sound byte seems to associate with other addicts only. One woman Nancy Anne Hatzilouloudes and family are involved with several other methadone heads in voice and sound harassment, and are suspected of acting in concert with family members..
