Owners: Chase Cook and Zahara Austin

Located: Weymouth

Description: a two-story house with a spacious attic. The lot has a big backyard right on the edge of a small forest, with neighbors on both sides, but a decent amount of space between the lots to allow for privacy.
It’s a four-bedroom house with a porch going all around it and a balcony on the second floor. On the ground floor is a living area with two couches, two armchairs, a flatscreen tv and a coffee table. The kitchen is quite modern, with a kitchen island complete with three bar stools. There’s also a larger dining table with room for up to ten people if you cram together. There are no walls between these three areas, creating an airy and open feel to it all.
IOn the ground floor is also a bedroom (Joy’s) with a view of the backyard and a bathroom.
IOn the second floor are two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a small office where Zahara writes her books. The smaller bedroom (Aishe’s) has its own bathroom and a view of the backyard. The two larger bedrooms share a bathroom and a long balcony, stretching along an entire side of the house. One of these rooms has a backyard view (Chase’s) and the other has a view of the front yard and driveway (Zahara’s).
IThe attic is quite large, with a vaulted ceiling. At the moment, it serves as a hangout spot, with some couches, a smaller tv, a pool table, a computer etc. The attic has the possibility of being turned into a bedroom or two, should the need for it occur.
IThe backyard is large, but simple. It has an outdoor grill and a small terrace with a table and some chairs.
IThe yard connects to a forest which is where the pard spends the full moons.

Open rooms: None at the moment, but if need be, Zahara would move in with Chase and give her room up. They’re currently planning on adding on to the house a bit.
