History: Isabella was born in Caracas, the capitol of Venezuela, in 1985. Her father died before she was born, and her mother and grandmother raised her. Both women were witches, and vargamors for local wolf packs, and though her powers didn’t manifest at first, it was obvious that Isabella was slighted to be one as well. So she was raised to understand the lukoi, and when her powers finally became apparent when she was 18, her mother decided it was time for her to be a vargamor in her own right. Unfortunately, there were no packs nearby that needed a vargamor, so her mother sent her to her brother in New York in hopes of joining with his pack. Alfonso didn’t think the pack needed a vargamor, but he felt bad for his niece, and asked around. Turned out that Sean, a young Ulfric that Alfonso had worked with in Boston before moving to New York, had a spot for a vargamor in his pack. A week later, Isabella was in Boston. She started up a Wiccan supply store to help pay the bills, and occasionally modeled as well when things got tight. Soon after, she had to return to Venezuela to bury her grandmother, who had died of a heart attack.
Soon after she returned, she began to develop a solid friendship with Ethan, a relatively new member of the wolf pack. The young lukoi soon became one of her closest friends, and they shared everything with each other. During that time, Isabella had another crisis. Her magic had suddenly developed past her ability to control it, one episode landing her in the hospital. She was determined not to be a threat to herself, or more importantly the lukoi, so she went to another vargamor in Maryland, hoping to learn how to control her new powers. The witch wasn’t able to help her much, and she ended up coming back home soon after. The night she was drowning her fears in alcohol, scared by a psychic sharing with one of the pack. She gladly left with Ethan when he showed up, offering to take her home, as she was too drunk to drive. In her intoxicated state, she was finally able to accept the feelings that had been developing for her young friend, and the two ended up sleeping together. In the heat of the moment, the two of them forgot to use protection. Isabella ended up pregnant, and after trying to hide it from Ethan, her then boyfriend, she finally confessed. After they both got over the shock, the two young parents-to-be were excited over the prospect of having a child. Ethan moved in with her in her apartment above the magic shop, and with his parents’ help, finished high school. Over the years Isabella continued to improve her magical talents, determined not to have a repeat of the terrifying experience that had occurred before. She often took Estela with her on visits to vargamors of other packs, as Ethan was increasingly busy with working in his uncle’s, and eventually his own, body shop.
When Isabella became pregnant again, they were both happy, and prepared. Between the two kids and their respective shops however, they haven’t had as much time to spend together, and often when they do, the time is spent more on arguing than enjoying each others’ company.
