Participation in demonstrations for the public:
- Beaverton Farmer's Market demo, September 2004: Talked about cooking and food, prepared Apple Muse and handed out samples.
- Beaverton Farmer's Market Demo, July 2005: Cooked (roasted apples, used a ceramic pipkin to make applesauce), handed out samples, and talked about medieval food.
- Kriegstreiber demo (Pacific University), April 2006: cooked and handed out samples (period soups), talked about food.
- Faire in the Grove (Pacific University), March 2007: Organized a demonstration on food and cooking. Cooked over an open fire, handed out samples, and talked about medieval food.
- Cedar Park Middle School's medieval fair, May 2007: demonstrated spinning, including letting kids have a go with spindles.
- Beaverton Farmer's Market Demo, September 2007: Cooked and talked about food.
- Cedar Park Middle School's medieval fair, May 2008: talked about medieval medicine, with props (an alembic, willow bark, fake leeches, etc.)
