With all this work to do, I thought I would get a do-it-your-self kit from Ochoa lumber yard to make things a little easier. There is some assembly required but I am a handy guy so it shouldn't be a problem.
I didnt take a lot of pictures in-between, it is mostly just lots of boring sawdust and stuff. The windows below still need louver frames built. Ill get some better pictures up later.
The windows have the louver frames test assembled. Everything has to come apart again to be sanded and finished.
