The plan for the apartment has two second floor decks. The one in front will have to wait but the back one went up in a hurry. I put the whole thing up alone over the weekend. Those wet 2 inch (full thickness) by 8 inch, 14 foot long floor planks sure were heavy.
My wife insisted that the 12 foot drop from the deck was too high for the kids so I had to build a railing for it. Thankfully, the parts for the railing were included in the same kit the windows came in.
The roof framing for the deck is still underway.
The roof framing for the deck is done. The balcony is complete on 2 sides. The third side will be done after the stairs are built.
The deck is now roofed and just waiting on the stair case.
