--Drawn in delicate scrolling detail, inks blended carefully together--

Studying this parchment easily gives the illusion of being on a high vantage point as the angle of the drawing lends distance from the balcony like railings to the flower covered ground below. Hewn marble forms the railings that would prevent any accidents from those on such a real balcony, while the drawing depicts a view down over a sea of greenery.

Set amidst the wildflowers, a shimmering pool is hazy with images as it is protected by a vine woven lattice, thick leaves obscuring the perfectly smooth marble.  The flickering light of torches is cast out from a sconce that is mounted upon each pillar, adding to the swirl of imagery reflected in the water surface.

Visible to one side of the parchment, the ghost-like form of what seems to have once been an elven maiden is standing with one hand on the balcony railing, the imagery of the scene still barely visible through the ethereal transparency of her black gown. Deathly white features look down towards the pool as wisps of coal-black hair whip-lash around the girl's form, casting a chaotic and turmoiled appearance against the mournful expression on her face.

A stain of red coats the balcony floor beneath her feet where they have started to fade from existence, causing her to appear as though she is floating inches above the pool of dried blood, it's outward flow having formed the rough shape of angel like wings before it dried.

Scratched into the center of the blood formed wings, elegant elven script spells out the scrolling name of --Semisse--
