High waisted ball gown skirt is made for undercorset wear. extremely full and drapey, and can be made in almost any fabric (must be non stretch). Sits at natural waistline, zips up the back. The example shown is made from a shiny sheer plum poly acetate fabric, the bottm edged in black satin, and worn over a black satin skirt- could be made to look fuller worn over a tulle skirt. |
