This dress is made from cotton crinkle gauze fabric and is unlined. The elastic, lettuce edged neckline is designed to be worn on or off the shoulder, and is split in the center front and ties with ribbons. the dress has lines of shirring (the number of shirring lines is determined by measurements). Shirring is elastic, which makes the dress curve- hugging from just under the bust to the hips. The skirt of the dress is gathered tiers (2 or 3 tiers, depending on height and desired length of the dress), and has a lettuce edge hem. The sleeve style displayed in the pic is short, with an elastic gather and angle cut bells. the sleeves are also lettuce edged. Variations on the sleeves are available. Please email for color availability- usually black, red, burgandy and white are always available, and sometimes embroidered gauze can be found. Dress can also be made from shirtings, gingam and cotton. This dress in its smallest size still uses at least 8 yards of fabric!
