these files belong in the windows/system folder

If these files already exist DO NOT overwrite them UNTIL :-
Copy the 'old' files out to a backup folder and then copy these files into the systems folder.

You may need to alter the properties of the original files if windows will not let you overwrite them. ALSO if windows still won't let you overwrite them you may need to copy them from a dos boot. - may not work from a dos prompt from within windows.
