1. It was noted the meeting was recorded.

2. Were unable to approve the minutes before the meeting, we discussed them during this current meeting.

3. No new members came to the meeting.

4. No ACR forms to review.

5. Dana Robino approached the homeowners of the 121 Shaddock Drive regarding their parking violation - it was resolved immediately.

6. Dana Robino went to all of the new homeowners in the neighborhood and gave them all a copy of the deeds-they all did not have a copy from their realtor.

7. The board decided to move a lot faster on sending out the delinquent notices for dues this year.

8. Liability insurance-we are now paid through the end of 2009.
