1. We Determined for the record who will be recording the meeting.

2. We approved the minutes from the last board meeting.

3. We went over welcoming any new members to the neighborhood.

4. Review ACR forms, if any-there were none.

5. We discussed old and new violations: 121 Shaddock Drive (overnight parking violation)

6. Discussed homeowners dues and delinquent payments as of February 4, 2009 according to the report from Lakeland Prop. Mgt.

7. Addressed that the board received a letter from 106 Shaddock Drive on making payment arrangements to pay their dues for the current year.

8. Discussed the renewal of the liability insurance and the current rates.

9. Discussed any new business.
