Board Meeting – April 18, 2005

Auburndale Public Library

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M.  Attending were Ty Baden, David Brunner, Ronald Johnson, Julie Flowerdew, Jeffrey & Pamela Gervase, Jeffrey Linger, Diane Thyben, Joan Wallace, Michael Wasnorowicz, Susan Whitney, Penny Horne (new owner of 103 Evergreen) and Michele Noriega of Lakeland Properties.

The subject of delinquencies was briefly discussed.  We are making progress on collecting the unpaid 2004 assessments.  The lien policy will be established at a later meeting.

Officers elected to the board were Susan Whitney – President, David Brunner – Vice President, Pam Gervase – Treasurer and Michael Wasnorowicz – Secretary and Antranette Robinson – Director.  Eric Sigismondi resigned today and an election of the board by the entire membership was avoided. The election of officers was conducted informally.  Michele Noriega asked the other homeowners in attendance if anyone objected to the informality of the election of officers.  No one objected.  Since the only item on the agenda that could be handled at that time was the election, no further business could be conducted.

Michael Wasnorowicz made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Pam Gervase seconded the motion.  All were in favor and the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
