You can help the board in the achievement of this goal by understanding the meaning of a deed restricted community. You can also help by familiarizing yourself with the rules of the community and by knowing your rights and responsibilities.

We appreciate the hard work and effort each of you put in to keeping your property looking good. However, if you are thinkng of updating or improving your home's exterior or major landscaping, there are just a couple of requests the HOA would like from you. First, fill out the ACR (Architectural Change Request) form and submit it along with any pertinent information to one of the Architectural Committee members. They will then review it and then present it to the board for approval.
They are also available for any questions you may have. Please allow 15 days before getting an answer so that it may be presented at the following board meeting. This will help insure that the upgrade will not be in violation and prevent an additional cost to have it rectified. Please feel free to ask the committe members of the board any questions you may have.
If you would like to help improve Shaddock Estates in any way, please let us know. There are many ways to be active.
