Episode IV

Any tip to let you complete?

--- How long did you take for constructing time?

Chan: Each day, I spend one hour for modeling and one hour for brainstorming. The reason is that it can widen imagination on how to make it. So I continue this thing and I take one whole year for completion.

--- I think that it is very terrible to make your work every day. Feeling tired and think that there are many people who can't keep motivation. There is many such kind of Japanese Modelers .Usually they can't complete their works, but only leg.

Chan: Smile!!

--- So, how do you keep yourself to be in a strong concentration and motivation?

Chan: I make calendar, or schedule note in my computer. For example that note had written that I must finish the work (complete head parts) in 2 month. I open and watch computer everyday, so I read my message to myself then I keep a schedule!

--- Mr. Stephen, do you make deadline by yourself! What is the strength spiritual you have? There are nearly nobody (means Japanese Modeler) can do the same as you in Japan! Usually We set-up person in charge to each modeler, then that person calls modeler everyday and everyday, then in this way, modeler's works can be able to complete before deadline. Is your style a right way in Hong Kong? How about your friend?

Chan: There are not as many modelers working like me, so I'm not sure. However one of my friends who owned plamodel shop said that nobody is doing the same as you in Hong Kong!

--- I think so too! Nobody say anything to you, that making plamodel everyday at home?

Chan: I made model at office, not home. I wake up early, go to work 2 hours earlier than anyone, then I make it there. I do not bring works and job home. After go home I used to play with my daughter. Time to spend with a family is very important.
