The Fake Repaint on the left and the Beige variation is one that has become very common on Ebay since I have been collecting. These are nothing more than the regular pink variation painted over to deceive buyers into thinking they are buying something very rare. 99.99% of the ones you would see on Ebay are fake repaints and are not worth very much despite what sellers may tell you.
I recommend that you avoid spending huge amounts on these type of smurfs and if you are re-selling them then please be honest and label them as a fake.
