I do not have deteailed one. But these data are for us to consider.

1 Confirm the "Singapore Electrical Mini-gathering with teachers & student." to
do on 25 OCT 2000.
Reason:
     26 OCT 2000 is official holiday (deepavali) for Singapore & Malaysia.
     U San Thint arrival 26 evening & leave San Francisco on 26 night.
     Collection of ex-student donation by cash ( Grand reunion, U San Thint & USein Win, Other expense..etc)
2. Location to confirm on 16OCT2000 night by 15th Oct attendants.
   - Burmese Temple gathering was cancelled due to night time and difficulty ofbooking
   - Poly or NTU dyning room booking for save cost and convinence (Ko Hla Kyi )
   - Sole Garden booking (Per head cost S$15)    Ko Kyaw Soe  - Issue: Dificultto add in the chairs , table..etc
   - Marina South booking (Per head cost S$11)   Ko Zaw Aung - Issue: Difficultyin case raining night..etc
   - Other place cost more (S$25 - 50) but included Air Con hall for 200persons, TV & Slight show, Vedio confrence call..etc)

3. Estimated cost
     - U San Tint   S$1800 (Hotel, food & entertainment..etc)
     - U Sein Win S$ 1500 (Hotel, food & entertainment..etc)
     - Arrangement cost ...

4. Collection for donation will be at "Mini-gathering"

5. Request U San Tint 'NOT to change flight Yangon --> Singapore".
    Request U Sein Win to come earlier to KL --> Singapore (To arrive Singapore
on 25OCT evening)
 
 

Ko Hla Kyi,
The following are my other opnion to disscuss

1.We need to meet again on 18 OCT 2000 at your house or other teashop because
25th Oct is very close.
2. Mini-gathering can be changed at Burmese Temple on 26th Oct 2000 morning
(Holiday for everybody)
    Saya U Sein Win may be easy to arrange. Last night I call my friend "Ko Htin
Aung Ko 84EP to see U Sein Win to change Saya's arrival to Singapre"
3.Mini gathering should be closed to ATM machine. Reason: Easy to draw money and
some change their mind eg. Planned S$50 but willing to donate S$500".
 

Hope next meeting will resolve our min-gathering plan.
