The following are latest update for our mini gathering at Burmese Temple
on 26OCT2000. All ex-rit student especially electrical student and their
families are sincerely invited. (All major eg. Mechanical, Chemical
..etc participation is appreciated).

Time scheduled
    10:30 - 11:30 am   Guest gathering, Palm let distribution, Attendant, chit chatting
    10:30 - 12:00 am   Saya Daw (Phone Gyi) breakfast
    12:00 - 13:00 pm   Lunch for all attendant (Chartered Semiconductorcourtesy)
    13:00 - 15:00 pm   Ceremony schedule
       - Announcement of mini gathering history & brief plan
       - Presentation of 
         Pay Respect ceremony (Yangon) and GrandReunion (San Francisco)
       - U Sein Win brief address
       - U San Tint brief address
       - Fun raising objective and activities.
    15:00 - Official closing announcement of mini gathering.

1. Burmese Temple SayaDaw's permit and use of Temple's sound system.

   Ko Hla Kyi's and group got approval from Burmese Temple on 18OCT00night.
2. Food arrangement and entertainment (Ko San Oo and group)in-progress
   eg. Buy raw material, cooking, drink, food arrangement & cleaning after 
   completion of ceremony.
3. Visual assistant eg. Laptop, Video Projector, Transparency slide projector.. 
   (Ko Zaw Aung) In-progress.
4. Guest welcome and allocation. Pamphlets distribution and fundcollection 
   (Ko Aung Zaw Myint)
5. Palm let arrangement (Ko Shein Soe Myint / Ko Zaw Aung).
6. Photo & Video of mini gathering  (Ko Myint Lwin Oo 86 EC)
7. This mini gathering cost are sponsored by Chartered Seimconductorgroup.
8. Vegetarian and muslim food will be arranged.
9. Fund distribution (San Francisco Grand Reunion and other 
   eg. YangonRIT activities..)
