One more day left for the big day. Christine was less nervious now, but needed a friend a lot. Lorraine was a good one, but the day before getting married wanted to spend it with her best new friend, Nick. So she decided to call the guy and check out if he wasn't busy, in other words to check out if he wasn't with Madeline.
-Hey Nick!
-'Sup Chris? Aren't you supposed to be gettign ready for tomorrow?
-Not really... I have everything ready. I was thinking, of course if you ahdn't any plans, if you would like to go with me to the mall today.
-Sure! But I have to come back at 7, 'cuz Madeline and me are going to have dinner.
-Ok... so see ya there in about 15 minutes?
-Cool. Bye

Christine went quickly to her room and putted mascara and blue eye shadow, and some gloss in her mouth. James wan't home so she left him a note just in case, telling him that she went to the mall with Lorraine. She didn't want to start a fight over her friendship with Nick.
They first went to a store to buy a necklace for Madeline, and Christine help him out a bit with it. They went shopping for a bit until they decided to go for a coffee. They sat down and orther on a coffee shop, onthe same one they first went. They started talking about lots of things, but mostly about how glad they where about their friendship and what a coincidence was getting to see each other after all those years...
-Shoot! It's 7:30 I'm late! I hope Madline doesn't get very mad!
-If she loves you she will be patient...
-I guess so... I hope the guys of the restaurant are patient too! Hey I really gotta go, I had a great time! Oh, in case I don't have a chance to tell you again tomorrow, good luck, you deserve it girl!
-Thanx! I really appreciate it... but now you must go! We dont want to see your girl or the restaurant people mad at you! See ya at church? Rember you are going to come with me at the beggining of the ceremony instead of my dad...
