What foods to feed hamsters
I currently feed my lab blocks and a seed mixture and of course health food and fruits and rarely vegetables. What i would recommend for a good hamster diet is to be less in protein and fat and prefably with lab blocks.I find hamsters like sunflower seed and all the fatty stuff inside. With them having a seedmix, they will pick up the most tasty seeds and leave out those not so nice tasting ones, which often contain alot of essential nutrients.
Another addition to their diet are treats, and i am not taking about treats only filled with sweets, but healthy food like lentils and oats and also fruits and vegetable that processed food cannot give.

Below is what i give:Hamster mix, lab blocks ,fruits    (apples, watermelons, and a few others). Also sunflower seeds(sparingly),lentils, rolled oats.

I am trying to find better and more foods to give my hamsters a wider variety of food
