We have adapted the prototyping model to enable us to create a model of the software that must be built. Our objective is to have a existing prototype that may not be fully operational at first but at least with the necessary interfaces so that the customer can evaluate and changes can be immediately modified. A process of iterations occur as the prototype will be "tuned" to satisfy the needs of the customer. This also help us as developer to better understand what need to be done. Hence the software will engineered towards quality and maintainability.
