Team hierarchy structure
The above diagram depicts the whole team of 8 members. Majority of the members will be holding two appointments e.g. analyst and designer. It will allow us to experience the different development stages. Their
roles and responsibilities will be described in the next stage.

feedbacks and understands his need.
- Organized the team and distribute job equally. - Prepared schedule and ensure work is on time, hold regular meetings at every stage. - Help out in the development e.g. designing and coding stage.

- Create model of the system using the
appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform consistency and validity checking on each model to eliminate errors before they propagate down to the other stages. - Update the team of any changes so that the specification can be updated or refined. (ALL the members will help out in this stage)

- Encode and translate the design into
executable codes.
- Debug the program. - Try to meet the schedule so that a prototype (mainly interfaces only) can be shown to the customer. - Integrate all interfaces and modules or programs and start conducting unit testing to isolate any bugs. (ALL the members will help out in this stage)

- Record changes and difficulties brought up
during meeting and disseminates the date of next meeting to everyone.
- Update our website regarding any new information or changes. - Compile the necessary documents for the project report.

| Luah Seok Peng | Interface designer | - Design the system outlook and appropriate
interfaces needed.
- Feedbacks on the changes or updates on the design to the whole team especially during the implementation stage. - Ensure design is simple and user friendly so as to reduce the time usage on the system.
