The religious group in Florida have a meeting the topic of which is what they should do with the 40,000 dollars they have made on March 23,1982 during the Nine Planet Alignment Festival they helped promote. The spokes person for the group is Bob, he has a Bible passage which says that they should invest the money. The group agrees and they now take suggestions on how to invest.

Another member named Harry says the Radio Station that sponsored the festival were really responsible for the group getting the money so perhaps it would be best to consult them on investment ideas. This motion is seconded and carried so Bob calls New York City Soon they are in touch with Brain Love the Disc jockey.

Bob tells Brian about the moneys the group wants to invest and asks for help. Brian says that there is an old wise man who was very good as an investor. He is now sick and dying and has given his fortune to charity. Brian says that if the old wise man knew you were a religious group, he would probably help, perhaps he would even tell you his secret formula. Bob is excited at the prospect of meeting an investment wizard and makes planes to drive to New York immediately.

He and Harry pick p the Van and drive to New Jersey. They had make an arraignment to meet Brian or his representative the next day. On the road they call Brian again and confirm the appointment Brian says Phil will meet the group in New Jersey and escort them to the hospital.

When they finally get to the meeting spot they call Phil and he is soon dropped off to them. Phil tells them their destination is the Veterans Administration Hospital second Avenue New York City. Phil tells how the wise man is in the intensive care unit and not expected to live much longer unless someone donates a hart soon.

When they arrive at the Hospital they are taken to the man's room he is conscious and glad to see them. He tells that he has just gotten off the phone with Brian. The old man is thrilled that a religious group will take over his formula.

The man then points to a paper he has scribed something on Phil and the others examine the paper. The name of the formula is "three over one." The instructions are to buy a highly volatile future trade like oil or gold. You then set an automatic stop lose of one unit and an automatic stop gain of three units. The law of averages which is 50/50 will be over shadowed by the three over one, ratio.

The old man then adds, not to get emotional and ignore your automatic stops. Also don't get a price broker involved or their commission will throw of the system. Bob screams "thank God the salvation of the World is at hand, this is how we'll build the Kingdom for the new Christ Child." Mentioning how a special child was conceived the night of the festival and nine month from that day will make it so the child will be born Christmas day.

The old man brakes into a peaceful smile and looking at the three of them one at a time then he says, your not kidding the new Christ is conceived, Hallelujah, I prayed to live long enough to be alive on this day. I've seen nothing but wars during my life but now I see in you three peace. He then passes away and the nurse who was standing by says the man had told the administration he wanted to go in peace but he just kept on live against all physical plausibility. almost as if he had been waiting for you three.

At this point Bob insists that Phil take control of the money and to start the investing for the group. On a hand shake the money is turn over to Phil and Bob and Harry are back on their way to Florida.

The next morning Phil starts his task of finding a brokerage company to do the trading. Phil is looking for a cut rate broker who reduces the human contact to a minimum. The news papers are filled with a verity of brokers but Phil's eye is caught by one ad that has the word, High Volatility options with low brokerage fees as their come on.

Phil calls the toll free number and after talking to an assistant he is soon talking to a broker her name is Sally and she is in Texas. Sally tells Phil that she is dealing in Oil well option and gold mining stock options. The options have a volatility of a thousand to one, so the trades only need a short time to ellipse between buying and selling, hourly in some cases.

Phil figures if the formula works for commodities than it will work for these oil well options. Sally offers Phil a complimentary trip to Texas to see first hand the investments. Phil who is somewhat of a skirt chaser anyway and in between steady skirts, takes her up on the offer.

Phil is on the first flight to Texas, Sally can't meet him at the airport but she comes to the Hotel latter dressed to kill. Phil wasn't really in the mode for business so he and the Dish go to diner. Candle light with dancing and she picks up the check. They finish the night by making an appointment for the next day to see the investments and then she comes up to his room to makes sure her company got what they paid for, and than after a cigarette she finally leaves.

The next day Sally in a limousine picks Phil up and takes him to a small airport where they get into a helicopter and fly over the Oil fields and the Gold mines which she will hopefully invest Phil’s money in. Phil has convinced himself that as long as he remains on the formula of, three over one, he can win at any type of investment.

Sally was right about the volatility of these stocks options, some of the stocks were as cheep as 10 dollars and with any kind of rumor they could see 75 dollars in one hour. Even the smallest fluctuation in the price of oil or gold could make a stock price double. If you combine that with the leverage created when your only optioning to buy, you've created a cyclone of monetary volatility.

These options were something that the old wise man never mentioned, Phil felt reluctant because the old man only mentioned commodities with a straight out dollar for dollar buy. Sally convinces Phil that the formula is completely adaptable to her types of investments, she promises to stay in the "three over one" criterion.

What would be a trip to Texas without a stroll on the Gulf of Mexico beach. So Sally takes her car and that night they have a picnic at a beach house owned by Sally's friend who was out of town. La De Da. Maybe she's just trying to save on hotel accommodations.

All good thing must come to an end and soon Phil is being dropped off at the airport. Telling Sally he will probably try a deal with her just to see if the formula works with stock options.

After Phil walks out of sight, another man walks up to Sally its her steady Bill, he's a little tipsy from the cocaine he did in the men's room. He and Sally go to the airport bar for a talk and a drink, a couple of drinks latter they start to talk . Bill's upset Sally's been working to hard and late.

Phil arrives safe and sound in New York and transfers the moneys to Sally's brokerage house in Texas. Phil is ready for his first trade and when Sally calls and tells that she has an opportunity for their first trade. Phil asks her to tell him more. Sally says its a Gold mine called Troy Gold, Phil gives his approval for Sally to make the deal, he's somewhat suppressed when she tell him the best way for her to work is with free discretion with regards to the quantity. She says the trading is so split second that she would miss the real deals if she had to take time off for a phone confirmation from Phil, she makes a joke saying "Do You want me to wait for you to send your approval registered mail."

Phil’s a little new at this kind of thing and feels like he has insulted Sally with his intrusive attitude. So he agrees but he is really insistent about his remaining stead fast of the formula. Sally has no problem with the formula.

In her office Sally calls the market in New York and buy two orders of Mining stock options. One order is for 900 and the other is for 100. She mixes the account numbers between the two accounts. So one buy is with Phil's name but Bill's number, and the other is just the opposite.

In a few hours she sells both and then she readjusts the name and number mistake giving Bill the larger amount if the option when up, however if the option when down she will give Phil the larger amount. Lucky for all parties the deal was a gainer and Phil made money for the group.

Sally's work is not done yet she still has to cover up the mixed trades by destroying the enormous receipts. At her desk she slips the erroneous receipt under a her big directory book and she then writes up new receipts to be sent to Phil, also important is that her involvement with Bill is keep secret. Bill's a back door man, who has little idea he even has an account because Sally has been keeping him doped drunk and stupid. surly when he is fat enough he'll get plucked just like Phil is getting now.

Sally then calls Phil and tells him the good news of his winning trading day and she mails him the newly fixed receipt.

Now she takes the erroneous receipt home to the beach house and her and Bill have a cook out using Sally's erroneous receipts to start the log. This is Sally's favorite time of day.

This pattern of trading continues and for the most part Sally is lucky so Phil's account is credited many times with small amounts. On the other hand the few losses are such large ones that they over shadow to the small gains. Phil is being put in the position of having to telling the group that he is losing their money.

While Phil is preparing himself to tell the group about the losses Sally calls with another trade which she says will regain the losses. Phil thinking how nice it would be not to have to tell the group about any losses, so he says yes to her making another deal.

Sally dose her usual mix up routine buying one trade with 600 and a smaller with only 100 options. The trade goes well and when it hits Phil's three point auto sell, She sells and then takes the mixed respites and makes the corrections giving Bill the 600 and Phil the 100 she then calls Phil and tells him he has made a profitable trade.

While Sally is getting the corrected receipt ready to be mailed to Phil she gets a phone call from Bill he's in a car crashed with her new car and the police have found cocaine on him in him and in the car. He's cries for her to come and bail him out immediately. Sally says she well and hangs up the phone and finishes mailing Phil's receipt She decides to postpone her usual ritual of burning the erroneous receipt on the beach this night, so she hide them under her big directory book and she goes to the police station to bail out Bill as she runs out the door she tells her assistant that Bill is in the Hospital and for the assistant to take massages and close her computer down.

Phil after thinking over this news about the 100 options and is now beginning to notice a pattern of big losses and small gains decides to call Sally back and ask her if she has an explanation for this pattern.

Phil calls the office again and the assistant who is closing down Sally's computer answers the phone, while she is telling Phil that Sally has gone for the day she sees sticking out from under the big book, the edge of the erroneous transactions so she pull them out and see what they are. The transactions are completely normal looking accept for the unnoticeable number mix up.

Before giving Phil a chance to speak the assistant thinking that Phil is calling to find out about his trade for today which she has in her hand, she tells him the results of the trade. Phil is amazed to hear he has owned 600 options and he asks her to mail him the receipt immediately which she dose.

The next day Sally comes into the office early to get the receipts. She is in horror to see Bill's erroneous receipt on top of the desk. In a panic she looks for the other receipt the one with Phil's name on it. After failing to find it she calls the assistant and asks her what has happened?

To Sally's dismay the assistant tells her about Phil's phone call and how she found the receipt and when she tells Sally that it has been mailed it to Phil, Sally is ready to straggle her.

Sally first dials the phone of the post office then she can't think of anything to say, she takes a breath and calls Phil. She tries to explain that there was a mistake in her accounting and apologizes about the mix-up Phil tells her that he is very confused and he needs time to think this situation out. Phil decides not to talk to Sally about the pattern he has noticed but just tells her to stop trading and he'll call her when he's ready to trade again.

When Phil gets the mail he has both receipt one with his number and name for 100 options and now he has the erroneous one with the mixed name and number for 600 options. Phil takes the receipts to the group and tells them about the losses.

One of the menders of the group has a computer and dose a graph of the transactions. When the graph is finished it is evident to all that Sally's pattern has show itself.

The group takes the graph and the erroneous receipts to a market analyst who says that a pattern like this can only come from the old scheme of double dealing. He then explains to a tee the method which Sally is using on Phil. He adds that in Texas they call it the double cross because theoretically your were trying to get something for noting in the first place. For God sake none of you are producing anything.

Phil calls Sally's brokerage house and talks to the manager who is with Sally. Phil tells the manager about the graphs and the erroneous receipts with the name and number mix-up. The manager says that he will take care of this situation and asks Phil to relax for a couple of days. Phil is interested in the managers offer so he agrees. Three days later Phil receives into his account 900 oil well options with a value of the same amount as the difference was between the 100 and the 600 from the previous deal which had been Sally's mix-up.

Phil is really shocked at the thought that the brokers can manipulate options with such lack of regard to rules of the SEC "Security and Exchange Commission." Phil and Bob drive to Washington to show the facts to an SEC investigator.

In Washington Phil tells about the double dealing. Phil becomes interested to know who the other person was who his account was mixed with. The Security officer says the only way Phil can get that information is to start a law suit. At the office are other people who are putting together a case action against other brokerage houses for a case which stem from in side trading and multiple sales called churning.

Phil meets a women who has lost her families inheritance threw a brokerage house which had been churning her account, meaning they were making numerous trades in her account which lead to excessive commissions. When Phil show her the pattern which occurs during double dealing with its small gainers and big losers. The women says this is what she and many others have experienced.

Phil realizes that a law suit will mean that the brokers will take back the bribe of 900 option. However he must do what he can to support the case of the others who were going to file a law suit. Before making his final decision Phil calls Brian Love.

When Brian Love hears that the key evidence in the case centers around the number nine he says the case might have some comic connection with the calendar because nine is a symbolic number of completion. Brian tells Phil that the groups baby has been born Christians Day and this is no time for Phil to be concerned the monitory value of the 900 option which he is not even entitled to besides where did the money to buy those option come from maybe some old lady in Pasadena.

Brian sees that there is far more then just the money involved in this case there is a need for a Security and Exchange Ruling about mix trading which can enable double dealing. After a few phone calls Brian says that there is no such ruling because there has never been a case carried long enough in court. This type of trading seems to be a point where the exchange is being controlled by the brokerage houses.

Brian says we're going to the “nines” with this case. Phil says he knows a Professors at Harvard University where he can get help writing the legal papers. Brian says not Dr. Leary, I hope. Phil's off to Boston to become a first class securities lawyer.

University forever

As simple as it sounded Brian's telling Phil to take this case as far as it would go was really significant because the Brokers were going to put up a real fight. The end result of this case would mean a Security and Exchange Ruling which would make Double Dealing a crime.

The usual practice for a lawyer would be to settle before the brokerage house's overwhelmed the case with paper work and saying that the trade mix-ups were only errors not crimes. The fact was that there wasn't any lawyer who wanted to take a case which was not just trying to get money. So Phil was going to have to carry this case to the top himself as a pro see "For oneself."

Before leaving for Boston Brian has a show about Stock trading and his Guests are the people from the case action and then Phil with his 900 option which he received not to make a complain. The problem with this show was it called a lot of attention onto Phil and now his safety was becoming an issue. The brokerage houses really didn't want a SEC ruling making double dealing a crime.

Phil decides to take a van which he can live in to Harvard this way he will be harder to track. Phil first looks up his Phenomena Professor. The Professor tells how he has been following Brian's shows about the new calendar and this child who is the starting of a new age. The Professor is glad to help and Phil shows receipts which include in them one from the 900 option which Phil is calling a bribe.

Phil says never before has a case had such proof of Security Manipulations. The Professor sees the connection between the number nine of Phil's case and the new calendar resolution which is calling for the 1999 to be the last year of the Anno Domni Calendar. He says that the Brokers are going to call this 900 an error which occurred right after the other errors which you were complaining to them about. The fact that this nine error nullified the money with the amount of your complaint is beyond believable.

He goes to his computer and dose a calculation and just takes a deep breath and says "astronomical" the Brokerage House is going to have to call this 900 a miracle and play right into Brian's hand with his last days philosophy.

The Professor turns his attention to the case itself and asks do you have any idea how much paper work their going to expect from you? If you don't settle that’s how they'll try and beat you on procedure of the highest degree, I've seen it many times a strong case quashed on procedure.

Phil starts to write the complaint with is for Security Fraud which focuses on the double dealing with the mixed name and number but finishes with the iron clad evidence of the 900 options. One immediate benefit which Phil well get from stating this law suit is he will be able to ask the Brokerage House the name of the other person whose Phil name was mixed with. Phil is really inspired to start the law suit on the personal note, because it would be nice to see who the recipient was.

Phil is living in his van at the Cambridge Commons, right in front of Harvard Law School. He is trying to get help from the students. There’s a really famous Doctor "David C. Dow" seeing Phil every day in the Van working. The Doctor is walking his dog and talks to Phil.. He can see that Phil has been involved with an enlightening experience, the Doctor is 80 years old and is the retired, Mass Coroner since 1946 when he returned from the W.W.II where he was a medic during the liberation., He was passed on the position as Coroner from his father who heal the position since 1914.

The Doctor is interested in the new calendar idea, The Doctor has an idea how with the calendar resolution Phil can get audience with he and the possibility of this being the time of the second coming of Christ. After the talk about the Sixties when Phil live in Boston, civil right days and anti war time.

The Doctor is very infantile at the University if fact he and his father delivered many of the profesors when they were born. So with an idea as big as the calendar the Doctor can open alot of doors.

Phil goes to see the Dean of the Law School where he has been given an appointment, thanks to the Phenomena Professor.

The Dean realizes that Phil is going to do something which is not the usual practice, status quo is statement. However if Phil wants the expertise to conduct a big long term case the school is at his disposal.

As Phil takes his crash course in law he finds that it's not just the settlement above ethics which is the status quo here it is that there is an over shadowing philosophy of the almighty buck. The most evident trick is summed up in this old saying, if I had a goat it wouldn't be eating in your garden. Or more simple said, it depends on what is. The fact is if your looking for ethics try the Philosophy School or Sociology.

After researching the origin of the problem Phil finds the law school has been corrupted from its very foundation. The use of Religious Empire Calendar by the United States Court system was a serious enough breach of the Constitution's law which separated church and state, to corrupt the US court system throughout. By bending the laws to accommodate this impermissible calendar the court has opened its chambers to a continuous attempts to similar bend the law., thereby not keeping the spirit of the law.

Phil then go to the Sociology School which was already working on a solution to the calendar problem. They were calling their solution the CE “common era,” which did nothing more then to make the year of Christ birth renamed Common Era. Phil thinks how much he'd like to rename his old art class painting Picasso so he could clear out the attic.

Phil tells the sociologist about the new idea of a year zero at 2000 based on scientific measurements of the stars. This new calendar will give the United Nations the start it has needed. The fact is that this Common Era Calendar has been miss interpreted as the Christian Ear calendar. Defeating the reason it was presented which was to separate the Church and the state.

There is one person from the Sociology Department who heard Brian's show about the new calendar and also heard Ray and Mike talk about the new baby Christ. The Sociologist says that this new year Zero Calendar is just an upgraded form of Second coming Christian doctrine. Trying to make the United Nations into Kingdom Come. Phil says the old proverb "It depends on which direction you view the Elephant" the bases for the new year zero is a scientific method and its intent is global Unity.

The Sociologist says that he believes that Brian will take this opportunity to start some new political theocracy and well seizes hold of this new zero and start a their thousand year peace. He then goes into an oratorio about leaders emerging at the right time. So Phil then asks about the Philosophy Department and if they had endorsed the common ear proposal? The Sociologist say the Philosophy department has with held commenting on the problem from their lack of leadership.

The only real solution to this problem is to go to the Theology school. Where the Dean is Christa Stendel who hears the case Phil is presenting for the new Calendar. This is really important to Phil because without any endorsement by another Dean he will not get help from the law department any more including usage of their library.

Phil's last hope is the theology Dean, the appointment is easier then expected and on his way up Phil finds the root of the power which this man wields around the University. Christa is a Lutheran Minster and is in line for the top seat of his religion Arch Bishop of Stock Home. The fact that the founder of this University John Harvard war a Minister made it like climbing a later and this Department was the top.

The Dean finds the problem Phil is having with the law school humorous. He says it's about time someone told them who they are and what their master is. Martin Luther through his writing has been telling them that for a hundreds year.

Christa says it is really important we pray about this "let the meditations of our mind and harts be favorable to you oh God." The Dean then takes out his Bible and start his study on the topic of courts. In Daniel 7.20 we find that righteousness defeats tyranny in a court of law, Tyranny is described as a person who tries to change the times and the law.

Phil asks if the Dean thinks this is the time and this is the big case. The Dean says that's the only explanation another coincidence you've been over looking that the 900 option came at the ninth month of the mother's pregnancy. Then the child is really the Christ or the lamb. The Dean says "aren't they all."

The Dean says there will never be peace under that Empirical system unless a leader emerges who came be their Empire but they on the other hand have been lessening the power of the individual leaders. I can see the day when a president can be put up for impeachment at the well of any prosecutor. This system is falling under the control of the prostitutes of Babylon and she rides the beast which is got the legal system under its calendar name.

Phil tells about his past experiences with the Bible prophecy business which once ended up with him almost getting kill for forcing the resignation of President Nixon and his Vice President. Phil says the next great battle is the Angel taking the Dragon and putting him in the bottomless pit

The Dean talks about the bottomless pit as though he expected Phil to know all the answers. Phil says the bottomless pit is the great circle in the havens which is created by the imaginary prediction of the Earth's axis procession.

The Dean talks about the city of God, then Phil says that's easy it's Philapolis the new United Nations. The Dean asks about the mark of the beast, Phil says its the mark of the greed based government self before others, old Roman Imperialism.

Phil starts to realizes what the Dean is doing job teaching by showing Phil he already knows the answers to questions which means that "it's oneself that needs being concurred" and courts are not battle fields but learning places not just for the trial advisories but for the courts themselves.

The Dean has one lesson for Phil which is "if it looks like a duck and it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck" it's a duck. The truth is that if you've done these things and can see what needs to be done, then be who you are and were meant to be. The Prophets were and scribe were no more or less then men who could see the path ahead of them and lead the people in the right way.

Phil finds a better way he goes to the legal library and hangs around asking questions. His favorite way is to ride the elevator with smart looking lawyers and as the door close. Phil would ask them procedural questions.

Phil writes up the Complaint which is for Securities Fraud. The complaint starts with the double dealing mix and then relies on evidence pertaining to the 900 options which were erroneously credited to Phil's account alegdging them to be bribe. The real problem with Phil's complaint is that his monitory damages are small and punitive damages in a securities cases are non-existent.

With so little money involved Phil is reluctant to start the proceedings. But he leaves the decision up to Brian who is hatching up some kind of media extravaganza.

Phil returns to New York and Brain reads the complaint and has a party that night with the special guests being the people from the case action law suit. This studio party is a warm up to a show that will be broadcaster the night that Phil files the case.

At this party Phil in congratulated on his good work writing the case and copies are handed around. Phil asks to do a reading which he dose. Phil is excited about the next step in the action which will be the filing.

Soon after the party Phil and a group of fans go to the court house in Newark New Jersey and he files the complaint. Under the watching eye of Brian's camera crew. Outside the court house the fans have painted signs with the number nine on then. They are calling the nine a miracle a sign from God that the courts will have to face soon the problem which exist because of the court's useage of the Anno Domini calendar.

Inside the court house Phil is surprised to see that the Brokerage house has already sent a lawyer to speak to Phil at the filing. The layers name is Matthew Galligar and he has been following Brian's show and knew Phil would come this day.

Matthew is trying to settle the case before it is filed but when he sees the fans carrying signs he only tells Phil that the Brokers are going to suit Brain Station. Phil says "Like it or leave it freedom of speech."

On there way out Matthew makes the mistake of leaving by the front door and the word is out that he is the lawyer who will be defending the Brokerage house. The fans begin to heckle him over the nine which he will be call a coincidence paramount to miraculous.

Matthew is questioned by the fans and they start asking him questions soon there is a camera crew shooting him as he tries to explain the nine as an error he goes into a long speech about the nine being a computer error and or human. When he is confronted with the odds of this error according right after the other with the same value. He starts to consider calling it a miracle

One of the fans calls Matthew “Agent Nine” because he is always saying nine and because his job for the duration of the case will be saying nine. The other fans likewise call him Nine and he starts to answer by his new nick name as though he likes it.

The next day Matthew find out that there was a camera crew shooting his discussion with the fans. On big TV is his talk about the nine. This is not only embarrassing for him but very unprofessional. In so much as his talking over a case pending and when the other lawyer hear him being called Nine there on to it like a pack of wolves on a wound

This is a real changing point in his career because if he can not get this case dismissed within a few weeks "thrown out of Court" and he continues being seen talking about the nine his future as a lawyer is to have a nick number in the Law Bar a place where it doesn't take much to be ridiculed to the point of walking out.

That night Brian's has put together in front of a live audience a talk show about the case Brian has some historians give a summery of the corupt times of this action. The Professor from Colombia is Mater Jones tells about the effect that the gold price which has been highest in history and its fluctuating beyond a 20% daily rate an unstabilizing effect on the market. The interest rates are as high as 17% and then the junk bond market which is a scheme which threatens to under mine the dollar and is colapsing the small banks.

People are going to jail the Hunt Brothers are in the news for their controlling the price of silver which is even more volatile then gold. And the brokers of the Junk Bond Kings "Milkin and Bossky" are similar news stories, all and all the show presents a time in the market which is as decadent and dishonest as ever before and which the fans are calling Babalon.

Another economist talks about the good points in the economy which is being turned upside down by President Ragan in his attempts to free up big business to take on the Russian system dollar for dollar in defense, as the President takes the arms race into space with his star war proposal.

The next guest are the people from the class action are heard giving the personal hardships they have endured because of being abused by the Brokers.

This section is really tearful and sad as they tell of gambling addiction and the gold carrot which is being held in front of their noses by the Brokers. Even children come on telling about Christmases with out toys and fathers who were depressed and preoccupied with the price of gold and not with the children's well-being.

Brian had invited the lawyer form the Brokerage houses but they declined and just sent Matthew as an observer. Brian has taken the liberty to have on the show a layer who says he understands the defense and will speak as he is sure they would. Brian has also invited a Securities expert to who is knowledgeable about the proceedings.

They both agree on one point which Phil new would be a soft point in his argument which was that in both deals Phil account never really lost any money, the mixed trade credited Phil's account with the proceeds from the sale of 100 even though Phil claimed he was in ownership for 600 the result either way were gainers. As for the 900 Phil never claimed to own them so the complaint could not be heard as a debit or unfair reduction.

However the mix up and the erroneous crediting was enough to stimulate the interest of the court and Phil had put punitive damages of over the 10,000 dollar requirement just to start the case in Federal court but he knew he was in uncharted water.

As for Phil he has what he wanted the right to ask who the other person was that his name was mixed with. He writes his interrogatory and within the first few questions he asks the name of the other account.
