"Once and Forever"
There are very ancient writings, far older than the epics of Homer
about the island of Atlantis. Plate's chronology state that the island
of Atlantis did exist and that it perished within "a single dreadful
day." This event which destroyed Atlantis is associated with the deluge
in Europe and Asia 13,000 years ago.
The greatness of Atlantis and the heights of social harmony achieved
by the Atlantians has been attributed by Plate to Atlantis's government
which was a society created for the people. The Atlantians doctrine was
translated into Latin by Plate and then retranslated into English by Thomas
Jefferson. The doctrine states: "that all men are Created Equal and
they are Endowed by God with the right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit
of Happiness."
Atlantis's influence spread in all directions to all coastal regions.
At the center of Atlantis was a great city which was its capital, where
governmental affairs were conducted. The government was composed of a senate,
for the most part Atlantis was a democracy much like the United States
is today except Atlantis was in its time the only significant government
on earth.
Atlantis was a government of brotherly love; without any wars or internal
strife, Atlantis flourished. The Atlantians word for their senate body
was Bobalou, which meant "song of the ruler." This name came
about because the senators would sing their requests for improvements.
The Bobalou believed that God the Creator was in all people, and therefore
any citizen could appear and be heard at the Bobalou meetings. Musicians
were at a premium in so much as the right back - up harp of flute could
mean the difference between the Bobalou voting yes or no, on a particular
issue.
The religious speakers were treated with the greatest respect when
appearing in front of the Bobalou. The Bobalou believed in God and respected
the songs of the men of the word of the Lord. Atlantis faith could be attributed
to the fact that the island was created by volcanic eruption. In the early
days of Atlantis the volcano was very active and the religious men would
predict the eruption and save many lives.
During the last thousand years of Atlantis's existence, the religious
men were predicting the complete distruction of the island. An asteriowg,s~ieriictecl
to crash into the volcano which was situated in the center of the island.
This catastrophe would be intense enough to eradicate Atlantis from the
history of man. The religious men were also telling about the coming of
a prophet who would save Atlantis from extinction. The prophet was predicted
to come before the asteroid. He would use a magic rod to deflect the asteroid
from making a direct hit on the volcano.
Atlantis was like a paradise. The Atlantians had a fondness for horse
riding. So the horses in Atlantis were treated like the sacred o, of India.
The riding of a horse was considered a blessing from God horses were ridden
without saddles or bridles. People were thought to achieve the ability
to ride a horse through communicating with the horse for permission. A
good relationship with a beautiful horse was thought of as the height of
worldly treasures. There were two individuals of Atlantis who were gifted
with horses. One was a woman who's name was Diana She gained her horse's
love one day when the horse was being attacked by a snake. The snake had
already made its strike when Diana shot an arrow and hit the snake in the
head. This horse was a pure white mare who Diana named Moon. The other
person was a man named Philip who rode a great black stallion This stallion
was far bigger and more powerful than any other horse on the island. Many
people had tried to ride the black stallion. were not able to. This great
stallion was called the Spirit of Atlantis and he roamed the island
freely. Philip was a flutist and the horse was enchanted by the sound of
Pihliip's music.
Philip and Diana rode across the countryside and were legendary throughout
the island. They were unique not only because of the special relationships
they had with their horses but because they would travel near and far to
perform a special show. Diana would place an apple on Philip's head and
while he played the flute she would shoot an arrow and split the apple.
Some people attributed this stunt 's to Philip ability to control the arrow's
direction with his music. Indeed some people said that they had actually
seen the arrow veer off its natural course to hit the apple. These performances
became the talk of Atlantis.
One day one of the religious men saw Philip. HE suspected that Philip,
along with his flute was the prophet destined to save Atlantis. Philip
was invited a Bobalou meeting where he would meet Brian Love; the head
Love Bobalou. Brian had Philip and Diana perform a show for the senate.
The religious men say that Philip's flute scepter is a magic rod. Brian
Love ask, Philip if he thought he could change the direction of "
a asteroid the way he could change the direction of Diana's arrows. Philip
agreed to try if that was what the Bobalou thought might save Atlantis.
The religious men say that they have seen the direction of the constellation
"Draco the Dragon. The sign which mean the asteroid was ,, already
approaching the Earth. These men of faith proclaimed "if the asteroid
makes a direct hit on the island that Would there be no place safe where
could the Atlantians go." They state that even if Philip can deflect
the asteroid into the sea there would be a tidal wave large enough to destroy
the island But most likely the mainland would still be a safe place to
where the population could go. In any case the island must be evacuated
and the written records of Atlantis and its people would be taken to far
away places, the word to prepare the ships to sail. Before Brian
leaving, Brian Love tells the writers of Atlantis that if Philip is
successful in saving the history of Atlantis and the Bobalou rebuilds Atlantis
t hat the new country will be known as Philadelphia" In honor of
Philip, who conquered the Dragon, the writers took these word and placed
with the doctrine of men being endowed by God to Life, Liberty and the
Pursuit of Happiness.
They then set sail for the mainland, Hopefully where they would be
safe.
On the dockside Philip is taken by the men of faith to where a young
lady is bidding farewell to her family. The woman is holding a baby lion,
which she gives to an older woman who resembles her. Philip is astonished
by how beautiful this young lady is. The men of faith tell Philip that
the woman is know as Kitten" They introduce Philip to her and tell
him that Kitten is to remain on Atlantis with him. Philip is informed that
Kitten and her ancestors have been preparing for this time for hundreds
of years and have written a song which if played by Philip will of years.
Kitten has songs, hopefully redirect the asteroid over the volcano. If
Philip can manage to direct the asteroid to impact into the deep waters,
the history of Atlantis will be safe from destruction. As for the island, the
men of faith say that they have little hope it will survive
Philip is standing by the dockside saying farewell to his countrymen.
Diana is also preparing to leave.Refore she does, Diana tells Philip,"remember
you're an Aries, do not let the Dragon's fire stop your music. Ay birth
you are a prophet, you can do what needs to be done. For this purpose you
were born: Diana boards a ship,on deck is the horse named Moon. Diana begins
to feel sick as soon as her feet leave the soil of Atlantis soon she becomes
faint. Moon senses something is wrong with Diana and goes into a fury.
The horse jumps up and when Moon lands she breaks a leg. Diana manages
to being herself to Moon's side.
She can see the painiehe horse's eyesso she rake an arrow out, aims
and shoots Moon in the heart. Then Diana passes out in despair.Philip sees
that the ship's flag is brought down to half mast Philip realities that
Diana is no longer in this world. The dockside is quiet, there is only
one ship left which is to take the religious men to safety. They tell Philip
to meet them in front of the great pyramid which stands before the volcano.
Philip is grieved about Diana'sdeaft~.plays his flute sadly. The great
black stallion comes to Philip. Philip touches the nose of the great black
and the stallioao go into the hills with the stallioa tells other horses.
Kitten is standing behind Philip, and saw how the Stall.ion was hypnotized
by the music. The stallion could feel the love in Philip for freedom It
was that love which tamed the horse "The horse runs off over the bill
top Philip turns to see Kitten her eyes are like stars, tears running down
her face touched by the love she has felt and seen. They both walk together
to the pyramid.
Kitten and Philip talked about the-power of love which was written
in they ,,sav. Altlantis doctrlne~crrar~ all men are Endowed by God with
the right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness." Kitten
and Philip say that like the great stallion black ; love is the only ruler
they would ever be governed by. Philip realizes that it's Kitten's love
for liberty and happiness which will be the song he must play.
When they arrive at the pyramid, they were greeted by the men of faith.
They have placed in front of the pyramid a big lavishly adorned Chest.
The faithful tell Philip, "he is to play his flute on top of the pyramid
at the time when the moon blocks out the sun. They tell Kitten, "she
is to get into this magic chest" it would protect her as long as the
asteroid did not make a direct hit on the volcano.
Philip looks into the chest and sees a rose, which had been found in
one of the streams on the island. This rose was made of gold and was naturaib
formed. Kitten asks questions about the chest and the picture on the top,
The picture was a man and a women sitting together. In between them was
a rod which look much like Philip's flute. The rod was in the right hand
of the man and in the left hand of the woman. Philip and Kittene look at
each other as they stand side by side. In Philip is a right-handed person.
Kitten is a left handed person has her left band near the flute.
The religious men tell about how the chest was made by the couple pictured
on it. This man is the founder of the island his name was Aries meaning
the first. He was born on the mainland 6,000 years ago. when men knew nothing
about love or even friendship. Aries invented the flute and he made the
first music. The people heard the sound and followed Aries the way the
flock follows the Ram. The following became a village. They lived on the
edge of the mainland by the sea. One day Aries was playing his flute by
the sea wishing there we'ea land away from the hostile mainland so he and
his people could go and live in peace. A woman came over to him to hear
him play. She was accompanied by several feline animals which looked like
small lions. Aries looked at: her standing in front o f the sea, Aries
saw that the lions were protect~in~ her from aggressive men who would try
to take her against her will.
Aries admired this women and he named her Kate. Kate along with the
help of her lions was the frist independent woman.
Aries admiring her with re~ect, knew that not even he could take the
woman without her willingness to let him near. Aries felt in his heart
the need to request affection. This request was the first love between
man and woman. Aries then saw smoke behind Kate in the horizon. Aries realized
that this meant that there was land further out at sea.
Aries led the other inhabitants on a long jo~rney to find a big beautiful
island. Tlris island was large and had many types of animals on it: t ~t~re
was even a herd of ho ses living on the island. They looked like they were
washed over during a storm. The stallion leader of the horse herd aqme
when he hear Aries play the flute and soon they become close friends. Kate
brought her pet lions to the islan4these lions were the only ones on the
island. As time uient on Aries and Kate had this chest made and put in
many more carvings~so their love would always be rememberedllWe believe
that: the black~r·i,,or and the lion of the island were where the
spirit of Aries and Kate have been kept until now. The love Philip felJ~
for Kitten and her for P~;llp are now the spirit of Atla~tis. Philip looks
at the great STq~l'brJ who nodd his head,~he lion sitting next To the horse
looks at Kitten with its bright eyes. OYour love like Aries and Kate will
always be remembered as long as the asteroid does not hit the volcano the
religious men,t~en kiss the ground and walk off to their ship.
Kitten and Philip are now alone on the island. They look at the chest
and see pictures carved cr\ all S(;leS. One picture is of a woiiian ;r~d
a linn,Philip says "7·r is you Kitten,it looks the same as
you did when I first saw you." On the other side was a picture of
a man tpuching a horse's nose and Kitten say~"this is of you and the
great bla ck ~T~ll~o~ " Philip falls deeply in love with Kitten as
if it was the love which well be the song he would playeJ, Kitten inturn
realizes that Philadephias will be the new Atlbn:is and Philip, takes the
p!ace in her heart where Atlantis use to be. The time passed quickly Each
night Philip and Kittcn could see the asteroid geting closer. Some nights
they can see the image of the 3 Dragon in the sky behind the asteroid.
Philip practices playing playing the flute on top of the pprsmid. At first
he can bring up a gentle breere and then later a strong wind of hurrican
magnitude. Kitten prays to God for Phil to save the workd.
When the moment comes it is like the religioi:s men said it would be
the mooncrosses in front of the Sun turning the day time sky dark except
for the asteroid which is how as big as the Sun.
Philip and Kitten go to the chest and he hels her inside the lion then
jumps into the chest and before Philip colses the chest Kitten gives him
thei gold rose. Philip says that the rose was to protect Kitten from harm.
Kitten tells Philip that bopefully the rose will protect him. They kiss
and then Phil closes the chest, and walks the steps to the top of the pyraniid.
The astroid is coming closer and Philip can notice that it is spinning.
He begins playing the flute and the wind start te blow but the asteroid
stays on couse just when Philip feels he is going to fail he sees Diana
who is standing on top of the moon with her bow. Diana takei an arrow and
shoots it into the asteroid. The arrow stops the spin. Now Philip can change
the direction and the wind catches the arrow's tail and redirects the asteroid
up over the volcano and into the sea, Philip has been sucsessEul, he can
see far in the distaace a gigantic tidal wave coming and the land is begining
to shake, The great black horse runs to the pyramid and climbs the stairs
When the horse reaches the top Philip mounts him soon the tidle wave crosses
the island. The wave takes the chest on to its crest and away. The earthquake
gets more and more intense and soon the island starts to sink back into
the sea. Diana sees philip is doomed and she shoots him in the heart with
one the island falls back under of her magic arrows just as The smoke from
the molten rock rises the earth's crust into the air and forms the image
of Philip with the arrow in his heart sitting on the horser.
" Philadelphia "
The asteroid arrival was visible for many thousands of miles. The smoke
cloud which followed the crash and formed the image of Philo on the spirt
of Atlantis rose into the sky. The image then drifted until night, when
the horses finally speared to fly into the heavens. The Atlantians watched
from the mountians throughout the world. Brian love and the other members
of the Robalou senate were on a mountian in the norhtern area of the Meditersnean
Sea, where they witnessed the event. Brian knows that Philip was s~ccsesfiful
in his effort to redirect the ssteroid from mslinp a direct strike on the
volc;rno. After realiiing the world was saved the BoSelou set up a secure
place to organize r~eir plans to rebuild a new centrializen capital, this

However, the religious men were having problems convincing the Istaelites,
who were a group of tribes in this area that the Atlantian doctrine of
all men having the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness,
was enlightenment. The israelites with the aid of their God were quickly
taking control of Pbilistia and found question in Bobalou doctrine being
inspirered by their God. Fron further south in the land of Egypt cane yet

to convince the ibreelites that Philadephia was destined to be the capital
