"EXCALIBUR"

The following day Agent 9 and Bob Parker arrive in Washington, DC and are greeted at the air port by Dr. Max who asks them where Detective James Catelo and Robin are? Bob says, we left the cats on Cloud Nine, Agent 9 then tells about the secrecy of their upcoming briefing. And that James and Robin where still in Florida investigating the Phil Zone. Bob says James is learning how to play Hackensack. Dr. Max looks puzzled as Agent 9 and Bob have a short laugh about the Dead Heads at the boarding house.

Dr. Max says that after he sent the faxed to Florida he and Linda discussed the famous case called Big Number Nine, and Linda reminded him that the state of Connecticut is called the "Constitution State" because its, Fundamental Orders formed the model for the US Constitution. The Fact is that as Linda puts it "Phil's steadfastness to set up an orderly method of recording irregular deals made by brokers, would help eliminate the risk of manipulations which are the mixing up account numbers and names, and then without any scrutiny putting them back into order by means of another manipulation, and thereby making a double cross." As far as the insinuations, that Philip brought this case to far into the courts and pursued it with to much wrath and fury, Linda say, that the seal of the State Connecticut and its code of arms, are the symbol of "Three Grape Vines," standing for the determination of people to continue and sustain as Philip well did.

Dr. Max then gets back to the case involving Christine, he tells how he has been contacted by Brian Love the Disk-jockey from W. Z. A. P. and Brian has invited Agent 9 to visit the Radio Studio in New York, Dr. Max adds that it was Brian Love who contacted him in Connecticut right after the reports were FAX to Florida. Max's says that he has no clue how Brian Love knew that he was in Connecticut. When he asks Brian, Brian just answered with the suggestion that they relay some data to Washington. Brian then sent this brief over the FAX wire and it was then relayed to Colonel North at the Pentagon. Its about a special operation called "Red Dragon" and mentions a Victory for Vietnam Veterans.

Agent 9 takes the information and tells Dr. Max to go to the Library of Congress to find out exactly what Phil has on file there. Bob asks to see the FAX and says that F. S. S. F. means First Special Service Force. Bob says this is the leading team of the Organization of Special Services, which are more commonly call the green Berets.

Bob reads the FAX which begins with a history of the Communist International Party, called "Comintern" which was started in 1922 in Moscow. There is included with the brief a picture of the twelve founding members and circled in the bottom left corner is Nguyen That Tan, the man who changed his name to "Ho Chi Minh" which is an Asian title meaning "Red Dragon." This title was based on the communist doctrine which was, anti-democracy and anti-religious. In particular was the anti- (Judaic Christians) which was resulting in the killing of these peoples who lived in Asia. Ho Chi Minh, began an army called the Vietcong and they successfully destroyed the French League in 1954. Ho was not trying to be an Emperor like the other leaders in Asia which he wanted to also destroy. Ho was trying to be a "Ruler" which meant that he would decide a calendar which would be the standard for the whole Comintern Party.

Bob reads about operation the "Red Dragon" of Vietnam and what the reason was for America to enter in to Vietnam after Ho killed the French. Bob reads a brief about the name "Viet" which means Ruler's party, If we look at the name Soviet we see Viet in fact USSR means United Soviet socialist Republic. The name Vietnam means the Ruler's name and is the place where he how has the ruler's name lives. The fact is Viet is big much bigger then just one country it is the party of the prophet of the Red Dragon.

Bob then shows a map of Asia and notes how the area which is now called China and Vietnam are really part of the nation of "Chung Hwa Min Kuo" which had and original capital called Chungking was once named Robin by Alexander the Great and his father King Philip. The name China came from the Emperor who's name was Chin and who built the Great Wall about 2200 years ago (200 BC). This wall forced people on the other side to cross the Bering Strait and enter into the Northern part of the new continent. These people became the tribes which are now erroneously called American Indians. The fact is that they are not from India they are Soviets.

The brief makes a point that Chin and the leaders before him, Shang and Chou, still only date back to 3500 years ago (1500 BC) and before that they also came from Northern Africa and the first man. This statement is supported by anthropologist finding in the who studied Asia. It seems that the Communist International Party stated by Ho Chi Minh was the first attempt to Unite all the smaller Nations. And because Japan would not join Ho and the other Communists set out to destroy Japan. Ho was an allied with the United States only to get US help in the destruction of Japan.

The F. S. S. F. stated in a top secret report that the leader Ho Chi Minh was an "anti Judaic Christian" nationalist who's main premise was that religion and state had to be one. Therefore the religions from out side his party had to be destroyed internationally and only his nationalistic party govern the lives and thoughts of the people who served it. The decision was then made by F. S. S. F. two build a trail called the Ho Chi Minh from the near beach on the Philippines to Ho Chi Minh's headquarters in Chungking or Hanoi. This decision gain the approved by Washington and the Pentagon tired to complete the trail called Ho Chi Minh Trail or Highway One.

The operation was to terminate not just the man by also the title "Ho Chi Minh." Because it was an assassination plane it was top secret and the team they could not wear the insignia of SFSF which was the crossed arrows called the "Arrows of Philoctetes" who was the founder of the original Philadelphia. You must remember that this operation was before Watergate and at that time the white house could be as covert as they wanted, it wasn't until 1973 that the destruction of Government Documents became illegal. The destruction of any covert activities, let alone SFSF reports, back then was common daily practice. Max says, that it is interesting that on the phone Brian Love referred to SFSF as First Special Science Fiction.

In front of the airport there is an army transport vehicle which is accompanied by two jeeps waiting. Bob Parker says he is surprised at this reception and that Washington must really be taking this Messiah birth seriously. Agent 9 is told by the driver of the transport, that they are being taken to the Pentagon. The telephone in the vehicle buzzes and the driver answers it and says it is Colonel North and then gives the phone to Agent 9. Agent 9 speaks to the Colonel not so much about Christine but about Philip Belpasso. The Colonel asks Agent 9 if he knows anything about PX Calendar?

Agent 9 say that there were people in Florida who called the Philip's head screwdriver Excalibur it means the return of the legendary sword of King Author who united the Kingdoms of Great Britain. The Colonel says that he will meet them letter and when Agent 9 is giving the phone to the driver to hang up Agent 9 notices that the driver is wearing an arm patch which is a sword with wings.

When the transport gets to the Pentagon the driver leads them through a hallway to a set of doors over the doors is the insignia of the sword with wings. Agent 9 is looking at the sword and Bob says "9, 9, 9" to get Agent 9's attention. The Colonel is on the other side of the door and hears. The Colonel opens the door and says Agent 9 come in please, I've just completed reading you case "Big Nine" very interesting I can understand your being nicknamed on its account.

They are lead into a meeting room with a round table in the center. The table has a four sided viewing screen in the center and twenty-four chairs around it. On the wall is the Great Seal of the United States. The Colonel leads the others to chairs and then he sits in the big chair. Bob asks the Colonel about the fax about SFSF. The Colonel says, it is a special team of the Secret Force back during Red Dragon. Agent 9 mentions the fact that Brian Love called it Science Fiction, and asks if the Colonel thinks it was just an error?

The Colonel says thank you that's the piece we needed he picks up a phone and gets a General on the other end. And relays the Science Fiction code. Agent 9 says what does that mean? And the Colonel starts telling about the involvement between SFSF and private individuals. In the case of the Red Dragon the Catholic Church was as eager to stop the killing of Christians as was the military. So we began a First Special Science Fiction team so we could use the same heading and file. However, the records of the Church's involvement were destroyed immediately, even Congress was censured.

He then introduces Agent 9 and Bob to other people who are sitting at the table. The Colonel then activates the viewing screen in the center of the table and a picture of the sword with wings comes on the screen. The Colonel tells about the sword which he calls Excalibur the meaning of the name is "specified calibration" which is in short "The Ruler." The Colonel then introduces Dr. Goldman who is a historian and will continue the briefing.

Dr. Goldman starts off handing out envelopes which are marked "top secret" and asks the members to open them. The envelops contain pages of a Library of Congress copyright called "Philosophy" which is a study guide to the presentation which was written by the author Philip Ralph Belpasso. Dr. Goldman then starts changing the picture on the screen, the next picture is of the pyramid with the eye on top which is on the back of the dollar. Dr. Goodman, then starts to read directly from the philosophy lesson five titled,

"PX CALENDAR"

5.1 This concept was put into terms by Albert Einstein, who establish that time is merely the position of energy at zero motion. And can therefore be considered eternal and interchangeable.

2 The fact that people have been writing the year without the AD is an example of how they will likewise omit the two thousands from the date and called it one, two, three and so on until the thousands are forgotten the way we have forgotten the AD in fact reality and spirituality mandate this sample change.

3 There are many more reasons then just the numeric conveyance of the introduction of the PX Calendar coming at the changing of the millennium. The fact that the United Nation is now in communication with the entire world, calls our attention to the need for a common year zero.

4 By basing the year zero on the position of the earth at the last moment of 1999 AD we give the Nations a system which will not show religious preference. Thereby giving the United States what it has been waiting for a new year beginning "Annuit Coeptis."

5 This concept of basing time on the earth's position is not new, in fact it dates back to the writings of Moses in Egypt and the creation of the shadow clock, Our days are based of the Earth's rotation, and the months are based on the amount of time the moon takes to orbit the earth. Our years are the time it takes for the Earth to orbit the Sun.

6 The PX Calendar introduces a newly discovered motion which can be used for the changing of the age. This motion is called "Axis precession" and it is the slow changing of the direction that the Earth's axis points into space.

7 The position of the Earth's axis at the time of the year zero of the PX Calendar, has been blessed with the unique alignment of the Earth's northern axis pointing towards the Star Polaris "P" and its Southern Axis pointing towards the constellation called the Southern Cross "X" these two intersections are on of the reason why the calendar is called PX. This clock like precession can then be divided up into geometric calibrations. Degrees and then time will be a factor of position represented by a precession number and a degree number. This will make for faster computing of dates.

8 This new starting year which is based on scientific data is unique in so much as, the only real difference from one calendar to another up till now was the year in which the begin counting usually their year zero is based on the birth of a men. It is clearly known what time is and how it should be calibrated.

Dr. Goodman explains the misconception about the naming of the "Polaris" which means "Polar Star." The fact is that the Star was not always over the earth's pole and before the discovery of the earth being round, which was the realization that the Earth had a pole, the same star was named "Ursa Minor" which means in Greek "Small Bear." The constellation we call the small dipper was once called the Small Bear and the Big Dipper was Ursa Major meaning Big Bear.

The main point Dr. Goodman was making it the this star which in the 1999 AD will be less then one degree from the pole, is commonly being called Polaris. This name creates the misconception that it will remain over the pole. The fact is there have been and will be many Polaris because of the Earth's axis precessional motion. As the North celestial pole assumes different positions among the constellations, different stars become the Polaris.

On the screen come a diagram of the precessional change. It shows the "Ecliptic Path" which is the title for the diagram. Dr. Goodman points out how before "Our Polaris" the pole star was "Draconis" which means Draco the dragon which is this snake like constellation. He adds how Draconis was perfectly over the Earth's axis at the time the great pyramid of Giza was built, this is the pyramid on the back of the Great Seal of the United States. This knowledge of the polar star change will explain the illuminated eye which is over the pyramid.

Dr. Goodman, explains about why the pyramid appears on the Great Seal. He states that the founding father of tour nation were part of a Mosaic order which dates back to the creation of this pyramid. He reads from the writings of a Jewish philosopher who was called, Philo of Alexandria "Egypt" whose name was Philo Judaius, his last name means the son of Judah, who was the Lion of Israel, Genesis 49.8 "Judah is a lion's whelp: The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs; and his ass's colt to the choice vine." Dr. Goodman says, this ruler's staff is the scepter called Excalibur, ruler meaning measurement of time. The ass was ridden by Jesus Jerusalem and the cross it is this ass who is Zion and the white horse it the ass's colt, the daughter of Zion.

It was why the angel of the Lord told Joseph to "Rise; take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and they remained with Philo Judaeus until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet, "Out of Egypt have I called my son." And Philo studied with three year old Christ child as "Herod the terrible" slaughter of the innocence children of Bethlehem after he was told by the wise men who read in the stars the Messiah had been born.

The picture then changes to a map of the journey that the three year old Christ child took called the Gaza strip. On it is marked a location named the temple of the Dragon, which was built by the Philistines thousands of years earlier then the Great Pyramid in Gaza. The fact is the builders of the early temple of Dagon were using it for a connection point between the sea and the city of Babylon which is the first city. This island was probably the place which Plato wrote about and is called Atlantis which is where we get the name of the Atlantic Ocean and it was destroyed according to Plato's Chronicle by some kind of volcanic catastrophe.

It is the wisdom of these temples which Philo and Jesus studied. It was to be as wise as the snake whose name is Draco which would enable men to become the image of God again. The picture then changes to a cut away of the pyramid which shows its internal passage ways. Dr. Goodman notes that there is a passage which leads from the King's burial chamber up threw the building blocks to the sky direction of the star Draco. The masons who built this pyramid made this for spirit of their King travels to their God Draco at that time. The picture changes to the gold-plated inner coffin of the pharaoh Tutankhamen. On the Pharaoh's forehead was the image of Draco and over his chest was make a cross which is the

Agent 9 asks to return to the diagram of the stars as he draws attention to the size of Draco which is twice as big as the Big Dipper. Its tail goes between the two dippers and its belly is the center of the ecliptic path and its head is looking at a bright Star Vega which be the Polaris in 1200 years from our Polaris. The diagram looks like a big clock with the stars as marking points like the numbers.

When the diagram reappears on the screen, the image of a Red Dragon is superimposed over the constellation line. Colonel North see the Dragon and says he recognizes it from the Chinese calendar. He also mentioned that he at lunch at the restaurant Red Dragon. Dr. Goodman explains how Draco is the first constellation, he then points out, because of a genetic change in mans brain size his intellectual ability spontaneous started to develop. On the screen appears an anthropology chart, which shows that 6000 years ago, a major change in man took place, which was, from the stone age to the modern era. Dr. Goodman shows how during the stone age which was fore million years long, there was no significant intellectual development. However he notes how after the change to the modern era, men had gone from no developments to walking on the moon.

It has now been accepted by scientists and political philosopher that men has had a common ancestry started in Northern Africa. And that modern man started with one man and his twin mate in the Nile Valley. This data confirms that the history of the man is well recorded in the books of that regent. Which state that before starting to control fire man and his mate as children recognized the Draco. The star chart returns to the screen and Dr. Goodman points out how at the time of the change to modern man, the constellation Draco's tail was over the Northern axis.

Dr. Goodman shows a computer graphic which bring the stars into fast motion. The viewing point is from the place in Central Africa which anthropologist have pin pointed the emergence of modern man. Colonel North is horror to see that the constellation Draco appears to move like a live snake coming the center of the star filled sky. Colonel North says if you imagine the stars as apples and the sky a great tree it looks as it the snake where talking and in fount of his mouth is the Brightest star Vega.

Colonel North says, that he is familiar with the star Vega because it is a star of the first magnitude. Also he once had a Chevrolet car called a Vega and was interested in the meaning of the its name, so he looked it up in Webster's 7 Th., "Vega" \ noun [(New Latin, from Arabic, [al-Nasr literally, the falling (vulture)

Agent 9 says, that he has seen the Red Dragon with wings and how he was once saw in the museum of natural history a fling reptile. However this flying reptile and birds had a beak and a solid tongue, like turtles. Very different are Lizards and snakes who both have teeth and they also have split tongues. The fact is that the Dragon, is very much like a snake, except for the unique fact that the snake sheds its skin.

Agent 9 remember more information from a study about the Eagle which he did for the Philadelphia football team with that name. Birds have very developed legs, in fact they start of by jumping before they can fly. The simple truth is that birds are not flying lizards. They have only two thing in common one is that lizards which and eagles are vultures which means they eat flesh which they did not kill. All so they are both mentioned in the Bible as one of the very few animals that speaks.

There is another men at the meeting table he is a Catholic Priest and he introduces himself as father John, he continues by saying that there are three animals which speak in the Bible the first is the snake says in the garden of Eden.

Genesis 1.3 Now the serpent was more subtle than any other wild creature that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God say, You shall not eat of any tree of the garden?" And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden; but God said, you shall not eat of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden neither shall you touch it, list you die." But the serpent said to the woman, "You will not die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be open, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."

Father John then says its interesting that at the end of the Bible, which is the book of Revelation, the eagle speaks and then the eagle helps the rider of the white horse defeat the army of the beast and the false prophet at the very end of the war called Armageddon.

Revelation (4.7) and the fourth living creature like a flying eagle. (8.13) Then I looked, and I heard an eagle crying with a loud voice, as it flew in mid-heaven, "Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell on the earth, at the blasts of the other trumpets which the three angels are about to blow!" (Rev 19.20-20) And the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who in its presence had worked the sighs by which he deceived those who had received the mask of the beast and those who worshiped its image. The two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with brimstone and the rest were slain by the sword of him who sits upon the horse the sword that issues from his mouth; and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.

Agent 9 add a little more about his knowledge about the Philadelphia Eagle. He then say that reason that America has the eagle as its national symbol is because the founding fathers knew that this would be the country where the heaven and earth would meet. The place where the eagles gather.

Luke 17.37 And they said to him, "Where, Lord?" He said to them, "Where the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together."

Father John then says that the founding father who were in Philadelphia had somewhat of an idea of what the name of the city would be and the its size and about a river from the center of the city. They knew the word for city was polis spelled here "police" that is why Annapolis is the University which creates our military commanders. In an effort to find the city they named Indianapolis and Minneapolis waiting the one how has the first part of the name to come and reveal it.

Revelation 3.12 "Church of Philadelphia" He who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God. Never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down from my god out of heaven, and my own new name. He who has an ear, let hem hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

Revelation 21.9 "Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb." And in the Spirit he carried me away to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God, having the glory of God,

Revelation 22.1-3 Then he showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; He who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God. never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name. He who has an ear, let hem hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

Father John then says, that before the city will come the rider of the white horse. Its interesting that there is a third animal which spoke in the Bible and it was very special because it later became the animal which Jesus rode into the city Jerusalem, which is called the father of Zion.

Numbers 22.28-30 Then the Lord opened the mouth of the ass, and she said to Balam, "What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?" And Balaam said to the ass, because you have made sport of me. I wish I had a sword in my hand, for then I would kill you." And the ass said to Balaam "Am I not your ass, upon which you have ridden all your life long to this day? Was I ever accustomed to do so to you?" and he said, "No."

Genesis 49.10-11 The scepter shall not depart from Judah. nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs; and to him shall be the obedience of the people. Blinding his foal to the vine and his ass's colt to the choice vine,

Zechariah 9.9 "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Lo, your king comes to you: triumphant and victorious is he, humble and riding on an ass, on a colt the foal of an ass.

Matthew 21.5, John 12.14 and Jesus found a young ass and sat upon it; as is written,

The father says, the ass is the father city and the ass's foal is the daughter city, which is the white horse, rider by the omega prophet. The rider has the scepter called Excalibur which will be the ruler for the nations. With the sword coming from his mouth he will give the name and lead us to the place where the river flows from the great City of God "Philapolis."

Colonel North says the ass or donkey is the mascot animal at West Point and their symbol is the sword and helmet. I'm sure they would be happy to hear about the ass being the father of Kingdom Come.

Revelation 19.11-16 "Then I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse! He who sat upon it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems; and he has a name inscribed which no one knows but himself. He is clad in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen white and pure, followed him on white horses. From his mouth issues a sharp sword with which to smite the nation, and he will rule them with a rod of iron; he will tread the wine press of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name inscribed. "King of kings and Lord of lords"

Colonel North ends the meeting by telling Agent 9 that United States is going to make the a resolution to the United Nations, that they adopt the PX calendar as the international standard. The fact is we here in the US have no national calendar the reason we use the AD calendar without the AD is because we knew it would someday be obsolete.

Father John says that the reason the AD calendar was created was to start a gradual separation from the Pagan Empire. The Christians have built a Cathedral and changed the calendar in a place were militarism was the only God the pagans knew. As for the AD as we can see in:

Revelation 13.17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom; let hem who has understanding reckon the number of the beast, for it is a human number, its number is six hundred and sixty-six.

The number can be reckoned if we take the Roman numerals and write them in order of their value, DCLXVI if we then read out this number we get 666. In the early days when people wrote the date it was written with these kind of numerals. This can be seen on the bottom layer of masonry of the pyramid on the great seal. However on this date they did not write the AD because our forefathers knew that the AD is the name and mark of the beast.

The fact is that Jesus was Jewish and he used the Hebrew calendar which calculates the date by the creation of Adam. If we read the gospels of the apostles of Jesus Christ we find no mention of Jesus or even an apostle saying to begin a new calendar from the time of the birth of Jesus. I people truly believed in him they would have adopted the Jewish calendar. However it was true that the Hebrew calendar was based the moon which is a far less scientific method then the Roman one which based on the Sun.

The truth of the matter was that until now we have not had a calendar based on pure science, and as we already saw the Bible's page one verse 14 calls for a calendar based on pure position data. The Colonel concludes by saying we will meet in New Your City and present this resolution to the Nations.

Agent 9 says that there are a few interesting facts about New York which always puzzled him. One is why it is called the Empire State in a country which is so negative about Empires and how on the seal for the state the word "Excelsior" written boldly under as a motto. The history of the state is that it is named after the Duke of York who was a Knight of the round table faithful to Excalibur. Also New Jersey which is next to New York is named after the Duke of Jersey who was also a knight of the round table. The seal for New Jersey is the Knight. With the Royalties to X Calendar Phil set up a foundation which will be international and be much like an empire in a place for now which is the home of the Untied Nations and where the Governors are Knight to the copyrights of X Calendar.
