"RED DRAGON"

Agent 9 and Dr. Max meet Colonel North at the W.Z.A.P. Studio in New York. In the studio Bobalou B.J. who's real name is Brian Joseph Corley, the famous disk-jockey is getting ready for his eight o'clock show. Bobalou B.J. is with two people one is a young women who he introduces as Rainy she is dressed in Oriental robe with a portrait of the Red Dragon on the back, Rainy has oriental qualities about her appearance. The other is Rabbi Henry Summers who was at the United Nations diner and planetarium show, B.J. says Henry is a long term member of the Club Bobalou.

Agent 9 tells, B.J. that he has meet Rabbi Somers and from what he remembers the Rabbi believes that Phil is the Jewish King because he has the iron rod which is the sign of positive thinking. The Rabbi explains about the snake from the garden of Eden which is Draco, from where also even this negative thought comes, in Hebrew called Satin. The fact is that titles and rolls are part of the spiritual growth towards the restoration of mankind to the peace of mind which comes from understanding the balance between the positive and negative thought. The reason the snake is raised up on the medical shields, is because it is the symbol of the wisdom of mind over matter the root of both disease and the healing process.

The Rabbi then asks the Oriental Women "Rainy" to demonstrate she comes over to him and puts her fingers on the Rabbi's forehead and then take an acupuncture pin and puts it through his throat and he become very catatonic.

B.J. explains how the Rabbi used to suffer from depression and was a taker of lithium from a doctor, now Rainy is using this thyroid pressure which invented in the oriental. B.J. then starts to tell about Rainy who he says, is the child of an intermarriage between a United Nation Missionary man and a Vietnam relation of the famous radio announcer Madame Nhu, who was called the "Dragon Lady." B.J. explains how he has been working with Rainy to end the discrimination of oriental peoples in the United States a discrimination which was so intense that the United States went as far as having Japanese people imprisoned just for having a Japanese heritage.

Colonel North says, he is fermilar with the broadcast which were called the Dragon Lady. He then asks Rainy if she knows anything about the 1969 "FSSF" operation called Red Dragon? Rainy begins by explaining, that the Dragon is the constellation "Draco" it is the only constellation recognized by all civilizations. The fact is that we are all descendants from one man and those people once built a tower called Babel so they could talk to the stars. When they reached the top of the tower then spoke to Draco who is the snake which originally tempted Eve. God the Creator, saved man by destroying the tower if it would of remained the snake would have asked for human sacrifice.

She then notes the particular fact that even though the constellation was named so many thousands year ago. It has been learned only recently by the use of computer time projection, that the Dragon is in the perfect center of the circular "ecliptic path" which the Earth's axis takes during its precession. She shows them a star chart which is also used to define the new PX calendar. The Colonel notes that the Dragon is unquestionably perfectly centered within the confines of the axis path and he states that the common North Pole is directly in the stomach of the Dragon.

Colonel says to B.J. that he will give up the information that he has on "FSSF" First Service Special Force operation Red Dragon if B.J. will reciprocate. B.J. agrees and the Colonel starts by checking fact about B.J. military record. The Colonel states that B.J. was Honorably discharged from regular duties so he could become a under cover as a go between for "FSSF." The fact is that at that point records were either not kept or destroyed. As for the possibility for word of mouth descriptions of the operation Red Dragon, anyone who would have information is either dead or out of the military. The only real connection is now with B.J. and the fact that operation Red Dragon ended in 1969 immediately after Ho Chi Mein's death who was the Red Dragon leader suggests that the operation was a success.

The Colonel then give a history of the Red Dragon which stared in 1922 and was called "Comintern" and was lead by a 33 year old Vietnamese man named Nguyen Tat Thanh, who then assumed the title as Ho Chi Mien meaning the Dragon's Breath. It is interesting how this title came at his 33 birthday similar to Jesus becoming the Christ at 33 and you B.J. and Phil becoming the father of the Lamb at 33 the night of the festival.

B.J. says to the Colonel that his involvement with Jesus began in his early years when he was confirmed and born again with the name Joseph. After then he felt part of the master plane. B.J. says he choose Joseph because he was the son of Israel who saved the rest of the brothers and that it is also the name of the man who is most Jesus' father. B.J. then tells about high school when he met Phil and they became blood brothers and they had to go to war together at that time he realized that blood brotherly love was the highest kind of love. B.J. then quotes from the Gospel, Jesus said to his mother and father, these my friends are my mother and father. Jesus who is the Lamb is the Creator of the father and the mother and all see and unseen.

B.J. asks the Colonel, I would be interested to hear what information you have on Phil and his past? B.J. smiles and says to the Rabbi this is the real reason they are here to find out who Phil really is and so they will know what he is going to say after he receives the Noble Prize for the PX Calendar. The Colonel starts off by giving then a brief military record of Phil's father who's name is John Belpasso. The Rabbi says if we are going to talk about Phil's father who I know please let me start by a reading from the Holy Bible, Revelations of John 12:5 where it is written that the Rule as a child is brought up to the throne of the father to be protected from the "Red Dragon" who is trying to devour the ruler at birth.

The Colonel makes a point of the fact that Phil's father who's name is John, was in the North Pacific during W.W.II the fact that John did not fight in Europe but only against the Red brigade which was later revealed as the Red Dragon. Colonel North reads that John Belpasso was in the Third Army Forty Second Engineer Regiment his serial no. was 32 147 202 and his induction date was 5-6-41 in Newark, N.J. he then trained at Fort Dix, N.J. and afterwards was sent to Fort Wayne, Indiana, for special assignment.

The assignment was in Chicago and its code name was "The Manhattan District Project" and was the research on the atomic bomb, headed by Italian born Enrico Fermi, John Belpasso was educated in five languages and also had a degree from Newark Collage of Engineering. He worked along side the famous scientist Albert Einstein who came from Germany just before the Nazi take over. Another important task was engineering air base for the deployment of these bombs if and when they were produced. John Belpasso then was assigned to the Army Forty Second Engineers who were active in the Pacific building air bases for the "Air Force Thunder Birds".

The Japanese attack on Pearl harbor of December 7, 1941, left the United States' Navy almost defenseless against The Japan's Nave forces in the Pacific. However President Roosevelt still declared war on Japan. Japan had already conquered Manchuria and was coordinated as the ruling arm of the Red Dragon "Its Claw" it is noteworthy that it was Japan who started World War II when in 1931 it quit the "League of Nations" and the "World Court", which were the forerunners of the "United Nations" Japan's attack on Peal Harbor came well after it had conquered all of it Manchuria and its other neighbors.

The Forty Second Engineer's developed a chain of air bases by starting in Alaska and then continuing over the Aleutian Island the tip of which was 750 miles from Japanese home air bases. This war meant a new type of highly technical battles using airplane and later aircraft carriers. The 42nd Regiment and the Airmen held the Pacific Islands until the United States Navy under the command of Admiral Chester Nimitz could arrive from the Atlantic. This support would not come for quite some time because Germany and Italy declared war on the United States after they saw that Japan had inflicted what Hitler and Mussolini hopped would be a fatal wound to the United States.

Japan was governed by the Empire who was thought of as a God by the people who's religion was a patriotic work effort for Japan's conquering of its neighbors. The enthusiasm of the Japanese warriors was to the point of a suicidal missions as they would fly their airplanes into U.S. ships. However Japanese' hopes were ended by the dropping of two Atomic Bombs in 1945 which ended Japan's claim of being the Empire of God.

John Belpasso came home from the Pacific in 1945 after he had secured that the United States would be a safe place and his base which was the Aleutian of Alaska became the forty ninth state, he received his Honorable Discharge and good conduct ribbon on 9-4-45 in Indiana where he then continued to work for the government research team as a civilian.

In summation John Belpasso joined the Military and fought against the Red Brigade until conquering them with the dropping of the bomb which he helped develop. However the claw of the Dragon is all that was curtailed. the body and the head were still very much alive as Red China became communists and then the breath of the Dragon became a man when Ho chi Mien took his title. A battle which Philadelphia the brothers would have to fight as the father was now testing the heart of all of man kind.

The B.J. then shows a close up picture of John Belpasso and the Colonel notices that John has light blue eyes and he asks B.J. what color Phil's eyes are B.J. says that Phil has high breed Eye. His father had steal grays and his mother had deep browns. B.J. continues by telling the men that the main difference between Oriental people and Caucasian it that they have different eye colors which is not just a superficial difference like the color of skin it is a chromosome difference. In the case of the high breed they have both types of chromosomes, because of this color mix looking into Phil's eyes is a most enlightening experience.

Dr. Max verifies Brian's statement and adds there is a term called blue eyed devil which the Oriental used to call the Europeans. Which Hitler hoped would be the master race because of the pureness of their chromosomes. However to have dark eyed takes a dominant condition. It is the high breeds which have the wealth of having both types.

The fall of the Empire in Japan only freed the Chinese to begin what was called the Red Dragon. Who's first order was to keep the Orient clear of any Judaic Christian doctrine. The persecution of Christens was started. The United States was trying to persuade China to end its extermination of Catholics, however it was far to early for the ruling class of China the give freedom of religion to its peoples. The Red Dragon believed that the affairs of men should be waged in the battle field and the strongest should always be the ruler.

Out of this communist party emerges a single man who takes the giant step which separates men from God's much the way Jesus became "Christ" which meant the chosen one, a man named Nguyen Tat Thanh became the spiritual leader called "Ho Chi Minh" which meant the breath of the Dragon. He was a great speaker who has taught in France and was a Genius of mass communications. The legend which is nine thousand years old states that the oriental people are waiting for a man to become the ruler of their race of people who ware larger then any other population of peoples in the world.

Ho Chi Mien some became leader of the Red communist party and even the Soviet Union feared the power of the Dragon who they knew to be the Satan from the revelation of the Holy Bible. However the Soviets considered the United States the home of Lucifer and democracy was where the Devil worshipers use the lies and thieves to get votes. Where money and printers were trying to rule over the sword.

Moscow's theory about corruption was proven right when for the first time in the history of the United States, the President "Richard Nixon" and the vice president are forced out of office and the co-conspirators who were a gang called "The Plumbers" which were finally put into prison. The crime they were caught doing was the attempt to manipulate the vote, which are describe in the horrendous events called "Watergate brake in" which is unquestionably the darkest period in the history of any democracy.

Rainy then takes out a copy of the "The White House Transcripts" and she reads from the Introduction by R. W. Apple, Jr. which describes Mr. Nixon, as men and driven toward revenge against those he sees as his special enemies. In a talk with Dean 1972 Mr, Nixon says "I want the most comprehensive notes on all those who tried to do us in. They didn't have to do it... they are asking for it and they are going to get it." In a meeting on January 27, 1972 At 4 P.M. with Mitchell, Magruder, Liddy and Dean in Mitchell's office, Liddy displays six chars detailing his one million dollar plan for what Mitchell describes as "mugging squads, kidnaping teams, prostitutes to compromise the opposition and electronic surveillance."

Rainy then shows a associated press picture of former President Nixon shaking hands with the Communist leader Chairmen Mao Tse-tung in Peking on Feb. 12, 1972. The meeting was unscheduled and its nature never really understood by anyone accept Nixon an Mao. The fact is that Mao found himself in a confusing position after the death of Ho Chi Mien. As the Red put it Mao had not a hair on his chin compared to Ho's long white goatee. Ho was educated in Paris and was infinitely more fermilar with western Philosophies then Mao. The fact was that was a non spiritual person and his faith in the Red Dragon was shattered when Ho died with out appointing a successor to assume the title of the "Ho Chi Mien" meaning Red Dragon's breath.

Mao realized the Red Dragon party which began in 1922 ended with its founding father Ho. Nixon took advantage of the leader less condition on the communist to make some deals. On May 16, 1972 "Stars and Stripes" reported "U.S. warplanes have cut the heart of North Vietnam's supply network by destroying the thanh Hoa "Dragon's Jaw" Bridge 80 miles south of Hanoi..." This victory had finally proven to the U.S.S.R. that the Red Dragon party was defeated. Nixon then schedules a meeting with to Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev in Washington.

The Soviet had personal interest in Vietnam in fact the "VIET" which is present in both their names represented "verses" the Jewish Christianity philosophy which is the meek shall inherit the world with a right to vote. Nixon played the one card which he did not have the right to play. He made a deal to start a anti democratic party which would control the vote with illegal acts. He agreed that the revolution in America would have to be smashed and the draft continued to control the people. However the Soviet's wanted the war out of Viet so it was moved to Laos and Cambodia which were just jungles with no economic value. There the young men of the Kong and the U.S. troops could kill each other in a never ending hell controlled by Mao, Nixon and Brezhnev.

The assault on the people's rights to choose their leader was the greatest battle field as the revolution in the United States amazed the communists as they watched there deal fall as the tyranny of Nixon's dead was discovered. Liberty survived and got stronger as for the first time in its history the United Starts found out why our forefathers in 1776 in Philadelphia wrote "it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it," with this right the people went to the streets and began abolish the tyranny which was now called the beast of the war lords both communist and Nixon's who were both attempting to extinguish the torch of Liberty as men where being drafted and sent to fight in a non declared War which meant a no win situation.

Rainy sums the conversation by stating, that after operation Red Dragon was completed 1969 with Ho Chi Mien's termination, instead of claiming victory and bring the U.S. troop home from Vietnam with honor, Mr. Nixon when to China as a request from chairmen Mao Tse-tung. Mao wanted to talk to Mr. Nixon about the usefulness of war in maintaining governments power over peoples individual rights. Nixon was sucked into an agreed about the power which the draft gives to control the young people and how he has readied a marshal plane to subdue the students help ensure the end to his enemy at home. Mao then teaches Nixon about governments and how China has been at war since its beginning.

Mao takes Nixon for a airplane ride over the Great Wall Nixon sees the great symbol of mans inhumanity to man Mao tells how many bodies of both enemy and worker are inside it. It looks like a giant 1500 mile long snake winding across the mountains. Mao tells Nixon that the Soviet who are on the other side of the wall more socialism and nationalism then communism. Mao tell about the war he had with Chiang Kishek and how many people were killed in the war. Nixon learns how divided the communist really are and how little differ there is from one leader from the other accept the willingness to fight.

Ho Chi Mien's termination was the end of our belief it the power of the spiritual Dragon which was that power was pure and could conquer until it ruled. Ho was to have a follower who could carried his title on into infinity. The leaders now are to weak and non can take Ho's place we have no faith anymore in the one Dragon party and the "Red Guards" have no faith just superficial work effort installed by fear of our cruelty much like the U.S. draft. Mao makes the example of the Nationalist movement of Chiang Kaishek who Mao killed and before him Yuan Shih-K'-ai. The fact is that Chinese government is base on power of their leaders which can not bend any love for his brothers which you Americans call Philadelphia.

B.J. then tells about the power of the Red Dragon and how only the Catholic and Christ defeated it. The men who when to Vietnam were brave because they were protecting Christian from the Dragon. And the original plane of the French and carried out by U.S. was to terminate the Dragon. After the Dragon was terminated then came the beast and the even greater war of "Armageddon" written of in Revelations 16.16 it is a war which is fought not over races or religion or even land. It is the war for power and control over the red buttons which are the missiles of the Atomic age. This new bigger war was in the streets of the United States as students tying to save democracy which is a system of peace, were shoot by National Guardsman at Kent State Ohio. Many other were running from the illegal draft and were living and dying underground with out medical help after being beaten over the heads by the war machine of a president who had made a deal with the communist party to end freedom.

Colonel North who was in Vietnam has something to say about the time when Ho Chi Mien was terminated. The fact is that Nixon himself was in Viet on August 1 1969 and lead the "FSSF" operation by open the door and Ho felt he had to come out to make some appearances like a politician and goes to Peking and see President Sukarno and Premier Chou En-Lai. At which time Ho realizes that elections well become essential and therefore his attempt at be a title were domed.

The worst thing is that in June 18, 1969 the democratic party and their true nature showed its self. At the same time our young men were diving out of helicopter into fire from congs trying to get threw the Dragon's Jaw. Teddy Kennedy did not even have the nerve to go into ten feet of water to save Mary Jo Kopeckne at Chappaquiddick. Then for ten hours while the crabs were eating her alive he was crying in his drunken public image. So he could please the voters who are so two faced they would rather vote for a liar with a clean lie then hero with the truth on his lips.

The Colonel then tell how Nixon went to Vietnam and help with the last part of operation Red Dragon which was to get "FSSF" past the Song Ma river across the Thanh Hoa or "Dragon's Jaw" Bridge the mission Rolling Thunder. The operation chief thought that "FSSF" was to blow the bridge but the team of undercover agents when threw the bridge and completed the 50 year operation Red Dragon and Ho Chi Mien's was dead.

It was after that day September 3, 1969 that the troops found that they might never return alive. Because instead of coming home and rejoicing the end of the greatest victory in the history of Western man the U.S. men were sent into Cambodia to fight without any reason with the Kong which was the army of the Chinese. And the men that did make it home came back with the facts about the Non War like atmosphere in Vietnam and the horrible experiences which were taking place there as American men were dyeing with out a cause called Operation Zero.

The fact was that Nixon when to China and worked out a deal with the communist party to use the war as a manipulative plot to keep the war time powers act in effect. The details of what when on between Washington and China's communist part were is the beginning of the events which started Watergate which as an attempt to end democracy in America.

It was the help of the Vietnam Veterans for peace who testified about the uselessness of the sending men to the orient to die in a fight against communism. But to their surprise they found that Nixon was in communications with the communists and the war after operation Red Dragon was a scam. The Vets became the second edge of Phil's anti war sword and together they finally gained control of the United States Marshall guard and Nixon's activity was exposed and he was then forced to leave office.

It was during these troubled times that the "THE BEAST" came into existence from the apocalypse of the Holy Bible. What was happening was the uniting of the war lords of the world to create one big Beast which thrived on the greed of any man. The draft was its reason for wanting war so undesirable people could be broken in prison which was a one way trip or the battle field which was likewise a one way trip.

When this monster and its draft try to get the Heave Wait Champion of the World "Mohammed Ali" to fight against the other drafted forced soldiers called the Kong, Ali showed the bravery and the wisdom of Mecca which was a force the monster did not know how to reckon with. As the Muslims join the revolution against the beast's tyranny. The war lords wanted the power from war time acts so they could create forced armies with by having a draft and the slave young men would have the spirit beaten out of then in boot camps.

B.J. then asks Agent 9 about the United Nations and when they were going to setup a date for the adoption of the PX Calendar? The Colonel says that the Calendar is up for resolution however there is fear about the attention which this adoption will cause and particularly about what Phil is going to say. B.J. states that the United Nations is afraid of is the fact that they know that Phil has them in check mate and their wondering if they can kick over the board and call for a rematch.

B.J. explains how both communism and capitalism have one thing in common which is that the masses will choose a leader one system uses the voting both and the other as Mao put it the barrel of a gun. Up until now there has not been any other choice but now there is, called Philanthropism where people can choose with their hearts to love each other and have a philharmonic. To believe that we all are brothers and leadership should be determined by voting. The pipes music will prove mightier then the sword or pen and dancing will prove better then fighting.

The Colonel then asks what about hatred for the Dragon or the beast?B.J. explains how the insignia for the medical core has two snakes on it the reason for this is because one is for wisdom. We have conquered evil and death by not being afraid. The snake of wisdom is now our friend who we can learn how to heal from. The fact is that the white snake which is what the people in China call the wall is the tail of the white horse which is the conqueror of the beast.

"THE NAME"

Lawyer Matthew Gallagher is at his computer typing a new article for a magazine called the "Whistle Blower" which is about people who complain to the authorities about public safety incidents particularly drug producers and con artiest who swindle trusting people. Matthew writes, The Philadelphia lawyer is given a stereo type which makes them who they are. Man has become so much an extension of his mind that he now uses titles to describe himself. These titles were in the past called "Sir Names" and like military rank accurately described the mental characteristics of a person's ability.

Matthew writes, We are our title, it is a representation of who we are, it is what our minds look like. Our mental selves are the part of us which dream, they are the our essence called the soul. Surly if there is any carryover from this physical world into the spiritual our life, it will be in our names. For at the end it will be our names that are called into the realm of eternity.

Matthew states about his own title as the Philadelphia lawyer, who lives by the slogan be wise as serpents. On his wall is the seal of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, they are there because Matthew was in charge of education for "Special Force" operation during his enlisted time in the US military. In the center of the seal is a picture of a serpent on a pole behind it is a book and above it is the Eagle. Next to the seal is the flag called the Navy Jack with the slogan "Don't Tread on Me" which has the slogan and picture of the serpent on a thirteen stripe red and white background. Another flag on the wall is from the early Philadelphia Minute men, it has the serpent and the slogan "Liberty or Death" representing that it was better to die then be dishonored.

As he looks at the flags which are catching the early morning light from the open window, he writes how the flag is a symbol like a written name. On the flag of the USA which he can see outside the window he writes, the stars are representations as the names of the states and the thirteen strips are the names of the original colonies. He then turns to his colleague and asks, do you think that any stripe in particular represents Philadelphia? His colleague takes out a one dollar bill and shows how there are thirteen stripes on the Eagles shield, he notes how the stripe in the center is the longest and says the center stripe is always the capitol and Philadelphia was the original capitol when the stripes were laid out.

The Matthew recalls his years in Vietnam when he once watched some communists burn a US flag. He takes out a picture and shows it to his colleague who's name is Dr. Max and points out how after the US flag burned the communist raised his red flag with one yellow star in the center. This was the flag which was for the North Vietnamese is called the "Reds" it is almost the same as the Chinese flag which is also red with five yellow stars.

The picture was taken during the fall of Saigon in 1972. After which time the city was renamed Ho Chi Mien City after the man who knew the power of names. Ho as we called him real name was Nguyen Tat Thanh but he took a title and with it became to head of the International Communist Party "Comintern" centralized in the area between India and China called Indochinese headquarters in Vietnam. The title Ho Chi Mien means the fire of the Red Dragon which is the symbol of spiritual power in Asia similar to the way the Eagle is the symbol of power in Europe and America.

The fact is that the name that Ho took upon himself was like "I am the Eagle" would be here in the USA Max says well the name of the Philadelphia football team is the Eagle, it like Ho thought of himself as the whole team and the playing field the world. I sure wouldn't want to be around when he reached the New Jersey Devils. Dr. Max says calls to Matthew's attention that every time he starts to write any subject that he some how starts to change the topic into his war days in Vietnam and Ho Chi Mien the Dragon.

Matthew says he was one of the last US citizens to leave Saigon after the fall and how some of Marine he was commander of cracked up when they saw the Reds were burning US flags. He remembers how they took a jeep and when back to their death crying "Death before dishonor." We all almost did we called it going into the Dragon's Jaws a no win situation only honor. Matthew then read from a letter which is with the picture, I was born into this body not of my own will. But this name I chose and wear like a monogrammed robe I have chosen the flag which I hold above my head is of my own choice. This name is a song "The Star Spangled Banner" played on a pipe you need it more then you need the body which is only dust.

There are few if any who have be named before their birth. Only the symbol like the Dragon and the Eagle the Lion and the Lamb are the titles which give meaning to a persons Philosophy. The cross is the symbol of one who is was and always will be the Lamb. Its birth is our being born again into the wisdom of the spiritual city at the top of the stairway to heaven we are all called by name.

It is an early dawn in Philadelphia, USA in the streets the drum and fife core are assembling for a trip to New York to march in a parade. The pipers or fife players sounding like birds saying hello to the early Sun. I'm sure that if the sun could speak to you as it does me it would say dance. The joggers wave to the pipers as they dance together most with their life support head phones feeding them the latest new from piper one.

There is another realm which is dancing in a world created by thoughts as the writer sits on his throne greater then any king. The seat is more like a horseman who's horse has wings and the universe is bigger in then out how there is ten times more dark matter then light matter the stars are but one tenth of what's out there. Its head is the screen of the computer which give feed back to the writer the way the horse does to the rider. The screen has told us that when we apply the "Doppler effect" to the spectrum examined of the Galaxy we find that the speed they are spinning reveals their mass is far grater then just what is seen.

The great white computer with its fans and the heat from its circuits broads are like that of the wideness in the hot blood of Pegasus. The winged horse finally freed from its stationary place in the stars ready to see with eyes that feel. Lets write lets write lets ride. I was created to ride said the horse, I was created to write said the key board, lets write. The horse can be seen on both the seals of New Jersey and Pennsylvania its wings are the Eagles of the State of New York and the capital of Washington DC

The trails inside our minds is where the Dragon is his Jaw is eternal like the snake that dances for the charmers pipe, with drugs on the end of his tongue so was Ho Chi Mien trail a dream which can never end or it will start again. Can a men beat the wisdom a the snake with the sword which is not poison. Only the playing of the pipe can call us to understand the wisdom of the timeless Draco and its trail which is tail going into reality of wisdom. The case became popular on Wall Street, and in Washington DC because there were "Nine" hundred Geo. International oil options which were manipulated in a manner which could be a threat to the investors. The plaintiff's name was Philip Belpasso. The Defendant's who Matthew Gallagher represented, were oil well dealers from Texas.

The plaintiff presented documents which proved the oil well dealers made manipulations by purchasing stock options with a mix up of account names and numbers. Then after watching the price movements, the dealers would correct the mix up and give the profits to favored accounts.

When the plaintiff confronted the Dealers with evidence which proved there had been a manipulation. The Dealers then credited Plaintiff's account with nine hundred oil well options. The plaintiff instead of wanting to become a part of this manipulation racket, blow the whistle and filed a Federal complaint.

Matthew continues by saying he was hired as the lawyer to defend the Oil well dealers. Matthew had the endless task of trying to explain the source of the nine hundred oil well options. The case went on for two years and the news papers started to call it "Big Nine" and so the other layers at the court house began calling Matthew "Agent 9."
