Philip Ralph Belpasso, is the creator of the "Polaris Southern Cross" Calendar. This new scientific based calendar has now made Philip the world's most sought philosopher. He was born April 1947 in Hackensack, N.J. he graduated High School Fair Lawn, N.J. class of "65" and within two years he was married with a daughter. After receiving his draft notice he spent seven years affiliated with the First Special S.F. "FSSF" which wears the insignia of the crossed arrows and dates back to the scouts of George Washington. They are even more top Secret then the now famous Colonel North's secret team.

Phil specialized in the diplomacy of establishing religious and political harmony at a time when nuclear war seemed inevitable. He has devoted his life to Uniting the Nations as one international community. His world calendar is designed to respect all religions and eliminates religious favoritism from date keeping, which Phil claims is a potential for religious argument and international war.

I remember when Phil returned home from "who knows where" he appeared riding a white horse at the Warner Brothers Jungle Habitat West Milford N.J. titled as the "Lone Ranger" and soon after President Carter's amnesty, I had the honor of being his fellow classmate "Pioneer" at William Paterson College of New Jersey, we were full time students together between the years 1975 and 79. Phil was ten years older then myself and his daughter was eight so he was regarded as some special on campus by the younger students. However he was not the only older student at that time the college was filled with many war veterans who had just returned for Vietnam.

Phil was a dean's list student and made educational television documentaries. After graduation in "79" Phil has continued to be a defender of human rights and international voting security acts. He has personally brought two Federal Case to Justice "1983 Honorable Dickerson R. Debevoice, 1989 Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry" the former for oil drilling stock manipulation and the later was a drug production conspiracy. We can all feel safer knowing that the result of the PX Calendar and the philosophies described in this book of "LIFE" will complete Phil's final quest which is peace and unity by ensuring all peoples a right to vote. His dedication as a parent will inevitably gain him the title of the father of the new age.
