A black GMC Jimmy pulls into the parking garage. The door opens and out steps Sabre. He is carrying a black breifcase. He looks at the camera and grins before walking toward the arena enterance. Just as Sabre gets to the door a large overweight security guard cuts him off. The guard is wearing jeans, a jacket with Security written on it, and a hat that reads Security. Guard: "Sorry sir, I need your name before I can let you into the building." Sabre: "Name!? Oh, sure...I'm Sabre...and I've got big business here tonight!" Guard: "(Checking his list) Sabre...Sabre...oh sure here you are. I'm sorry sir, we have orders from the SFWL President...we're not to let you into the arena tonight." Sabre: "What!? Are you insane...let me see that damned list!" Sabre takes the list then looks over it. Sabre: "I can't believe this...what kind of....get out of my way!" Guard: "Hold on there buddy, your not going in there, Binstock said that if you walked into that arena tonight you'd be fired!" Sabre has a look of shock on his face. Sabre tosses the list at the guard. Sabre storms back to his car and opens the door. Sabre picks up his cellular phone. Sabre dials a number. Sabre: "Yeah, look I don't give a fuck what time it is...get up! I need your help...your my lawyer Jack...earn your damned money!" Sabre hops back into the car. Sabre squeals tires as he leaves the arena. The camera pans over to where the security guard is standing. A cell phone rings. The guard takes a small cell phone out of his pocket. Guard: "Hello, yeah....he was just here. He looked pretty pissed...yeah hopped in the car drove off...I think he called his lawyer, yeah...well I am sure glad...thanks for the money...can I go now? Yes sir...this was the easiest $100 bucks I ever made. Sure...sure will...thanks." The Guard hangs up the phone. The Guard laughs as he takes off his jacket and hat. The man is dressed in a dirty t-shirt that has holes in it. The "Guard" tosses the hat and jacket into a garbage can then walks off. (ADD INTRO HERE) Suddenly the lights in the arena go out. There is a hush silence that falls over the crowd. A rolling thunder then fills the arena, followed by a huge explosion of lighting-like pyro accross the entrance ramp. "Lateralus" by Tool begins to blair out over the PA, loudly as a lone purple spotlight shines down upon the entrance ramp. Paine steps out from behind the curtain. He is dressed in black leather pants, and black boots. He has on a black sleeveless t-shirt. His fists are taped halfway up his forearms with athletic tape. His skull-shaped mask glows under the purple spotlight as he makes his way down toward the ring. A loud pop rises from the crowd. Paine climbs up the ring steps and into the ring. He stops dead center and raises his hands high over his head, then brings them down quickly, all in one fluid motion. Another huge explosion of lighting like pyro hits all four corner turnbuckles, then the lights come up. Paine aks for a mic. He walks around the ring absorbing the now mixed reaction he is getting from the crowd. Paine stops and raises the mic and begins to speak. Announcer #1: It has been over a month since Paine has been in an SFWL ring. Announcer #2: Thank God he's back. Now maybe we can see some real blood and violence in the SFWL! Paine: For over a month, you have seen little...or none of me. For over a month I have stayed away from this ring. I haven't competed or challenged anyone. I haven't even bothered to show my face around the arenas until this week. A long time ago, something terribly tragic happened in my life. Something that still gives me nightmares. After Wasteland...after I lost my match with Kent McKnight...those nightmares returned. I left the SFWL and went to where I thought I had to go to quiet those nightmares...but they still came...stronger...longer...and harder. My mind has been filled with horrible images of the past. Now...now where do I stand? I haven't gotten rid of the nightmares...and I don't know how to quiet them. Something is eating away at my soul and I have no idea how to stop it. I walked into this arena last week...walked down the hall and into the Bastards locker room and found it in shambles. Whoever did that...whatever their motives....it sent a chill up my spine. I turned and left. Something deep down inside of me doesn't feel right. Something deep down inside of me knows something is happening. Mike Torment, Night Wing, Ash, and I...we all have had a difficult time of late. Bastards Inc, seems to be fading away. I am not the man I used to be...I am not the monster I used to be...and frankly I don't know if I can handle competing...fighting...battling here in the SFWL anymore. Announcer #1: What!? He can't be serious...I mean...is Paine leaving the SFWL!? Announcer #2: No way he's serious, he can't leave he still owe's me money! Paine: I battled long and hard in the SFWL to fight my way to the top. I battled long and hard to earn my spot. Yet it seems my past, my life, is catching up to me...and the monster I was...the evil I was...is gone. I don't have the strength for this anymore. I don't have the endurance for this anymore. I spent nearly two years trying to kill Bastards Inc, and destroy Mike Torment. I spent all that time hating and fighting and winning. Yet, still the Bastards exist and I...I haven't the influence or power or...love of blood I used to. UltraSlam is fast approaching. Ultraslam...may be my last SFWL PPV. Ultraslam will be the last time Paine ever wre.... Beethoven's Ninth Symphony begins to blare over the PA Red, White, and Blue Pyro explodes as Mike Torment steps out from behind the curtain. Mike Torment is in his ring gear. Night Wing follows Torment out. They marche down to the ring and climb inside. Mike Torment grabs the mic from Paine's hand and stares right into his eyes. Paine and Mike Torment are face to face. Torment: You my friend are not going anywhere. Let me see if I get this straight. You walked into the arena and the Bastards dressing room was already trashed? Interesting story Paine… very interesting. See…I have a story of my own. I’ve been doing some arithmetic and it seems one and one does indeed equal two. Let’s see… first I find out I have an older half brother. What have I found out? I found out that he was given up for adoption. I found out that his parents died in a horrible accident. Then he kind of just disappeared. Maybe he disappeared to an institution? You think that’s possible Paine? Paine is it. See, I remember your real name being Michael. Strangely enough, that’s the birth name of my brother. Then I see you walking out of my dressing room and suddenly it’s trashed with a big sign saying my brother is closer than I think. I don’t think any more research is needed. I think I figured this whole thing out. Isn’t that right…brother? Paine stares into Mike Torment's eyes. Paine shakes his head, turns and begins to walk away from Mike Torment. Mike Torment reaches out and grabs Paine by the arm. Mike Torment spins Paine around and gets in his face. Torment: I told you, you aren’t going anywhere? So what’s the deal? How long have you known? Why the secrets? Why the games? It’s all out in the open now. Mike Torment and Paine…should I call you Paine? Michael Murray? Michael Torment? Why do you have my name? Have you spoken to my father…our father since your return? Does he know it’s you? What is your agenda? I want to know everything and I want to know it now. ANSWER ME! "Dream Shatterer" by Big Punisher begins blaring over the speakers. Announcer #1: Who the hell is this? Wolf appears in the entrance way, dressed in a Carolina blue three piece suit with a cream colored tie and cream colored gators, and Cartier shades on. Several large gold and diamond rings, a diamond encrusted gold Rolex, and gold and diamond bracelet glisten from his hands and wrists. Heel Announcer: Oh my! He's back! The Superstar! Unbelievable! Face Announcer: Oh great, just what the SFWL needs, another egomaniac for you to slobber all over A huge chorus of boos reign down from the crowd, and Wolf eggs them on by motioning for the crowd to "get up". He slowly makes his way towards the ring, stopping to taunt fans along the way. One fan in particular gets in his face, shouting obscenities and flipping him off. Wolf mockingly extends his hand for a the fan to give him five, then laughs in his face and continues on his way towards the ring. As he enters the ring, he raises his arms high in the air. The boos are getting even louder, and trash from the crowd starts raining down on him. Through it all, he remains smiling. He calls for a microphone, and a ringside assistant tosses one to him. Wolf: Thank you! Yes, this outpouring of love from the wonderful SFWL fans is exactly what I came back for! The boos continue relentlessly. Wolf: You know, I was sitting in my Manhattan penthouse suite the other day watching the 2002 edition of WrestleFest, and let me say this: that garbage I witnessed would not have been acceptable at a house show back in the glory days of this organization. The level of competition was ludicrously poor. The entertainment value was equivalent to that a middle school wrestling meet. For all I could tell, they hired 25 clones of the Brooklyn Brawler and set them loose on each other for three hours. Pathetic. The boos resurface, as loud as ever. Wolf: So I called up several of the suits, you know, the upper level management of the SFWL. I asked them, "What happened guys? Why is your product such a piece of shit nowadays?". They didn't give me a direct answer to that question. What they DID do, however, was beg me to come back. "We need you Wolf. We need a heavy hitter. We need a Superstar. We need someone who can put the SFWL on his back and carry it back to the promise land. Please, Wolf, just name your price, and you've got it. Don't let the organization you laid the foundation for go down the shitter!". I thought for a second. And that was all I needed. And I signed for the minimum veteran salary. Face Announcer: What? The crowd's boos cease. Wolf: Yeah... fuckin... right. The crowd begins to boo once again. Wolf: You're not gonna get me to come play the role of a glorified garbage man for cheap. But for the right price, I'm willing to play that role. And really, let's look at it, that's what I am. I'm here to clean up the mess that YOU He points to the crowd. Trash starts flying into the ring. Wolf: Have made, and I'm not talking about that shit that you're throwing into the ring as I speak. You double wide living, sister marrying, worthless wastes of natural resources have embraced a host untalented, unclassy, slobs that no reasonable individual would pay money to see, because you can relate to them. You don't want to see superb athletes such as myself. You don't want to see someone like me, someone who dresses nicely, who drives an Aston Martin, who carries himself with some class and dignity. You don't want to see someone who lives in a 3 million dollar house, gets drunk off of Remi Martin, and has orgies with models and dime piece women five nights a week. No, you want to see fat, Natural Ice drinking, unshaven slobs like yourselves brawling with grungy, unkempt pieces of shit that dress like the homeless and act prophetic and mystical, because you can relate to lowlifes like those. That's where I come in. I'm here to bring a level of respectability back to the SFWL. I'm here so that people who actually go to work and do something productive with their lives rather than drink Schmidt's beer and hang out in the Wal Mart parking lot all day won't be ashamed to come to an SFWL show. I'm here to bring the high rollers back into the seats, to draw the attention of celebrities and high society back to the SFWL. I'm here to make a shitload of money for myself, and for this whole organization. Now you pieces of trash can sit here and boo me, and throw trash, but the fact of the matter is this: you can catch me slapping the taste out of your favorite piece of white trash's mouth twice a week from now on, and there's not a damn thing that you can do about it. The boos from the crowd become louder than they have all night. Wolf: You think I give a damn if you trashballs like me? Yeah... fuckin... right. Thanks for your time, you can all politely pucker up and kiss my ass on the way out. Wolf spikes the microphone. "Dream Shatterer" by Big Punisher begins playing.
