Our Wheatgrass is grown organically and out of doors, not in a hothouse. We compost and use only the best.

Harvested daily to bring you premium quality Wheatgrass juice available from the Bar or flats of uncut grass for pickup or delivery. The Farm is open from 12-6 Monday thru Saturday. It's always a good idea to call first. When you drop by to get some Wheatgrass juice or flats, be sure to browse our huge selection of used records...many of which are 40's-60's lounge /orchestra music. Only in San Francisco!

Nutritional Information:

It is a complete protein with about thirty enzymes and is about 70% crude Chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has the property of breaking down poisonous carbon dioxide and releases free oxygen, which inhibits and reduces the action of anaerobic bacteria.

High in minerals, wheatgrass picks up 92 of the 102 Minerals in soil. High in antioxidants, Beta Carotene, Vitamins E, K, C, B -Complex and Super Oxide Dismutase an antioxidant enzyme which combats harmful free radicals formed by the action of radiation, pollution and food additives.

Two ounces of fresh juice equals three pounds of raw vegetables in vitamins and minerals. At this early stage of the plant's life it is considered a vegetable rather than a grain and is safe for gluten-sensitive individuals. On an empty stomach, it is assimilated into the bloodstream in about 20 minutes.
