Tom Sr's Old 7.3l IDI
This is the original 7.3l IDI engine that came out of Tom Sr's truck. If I recall correctly, the engine hydrolocked due to a stuck-open injector. The core charge on the engine was $2500, so Tom was understandably keeping a very close eye on the engine throughout the day. :) You can also see an old (old enough to have Philips head screws holding the valve covers down) 6.9l in the background.
