RULES

22 man roster.  Must be trimmed to nine before the draft.

You may carry two players one IR as long as they are listed on the injury report in the week you place them on IR.  It cost you one move to place the player on IR.  It will also cost you one move if you wish to activate them at some point later in the season.  You are only allowed to place two players on the IR throughout the course of the season.

18 moves per season.  Moves on Thursday at 7pm unless a Thursday game, in which case moves are on Wednesday at 7pm.  Last place team each week gets one free move.  You may trade draft position for waivers moves, just not the free move for last place alone.  Picks are made in reverse order of standing for that particular week.

Rosters are to be exchanged before kickoff of the first game of each week.  Maximum number of players you can play a week is 13.

If there is an early game (ie THU game) during the week.  Partial lineups may be exchanged using only players involved during the early game.  The exchange must be equal, ie if I submit a RB in the 2nd quarter, you must give me a RB in the 2nd quarter as well even though they may not be playing in the early game of the week.

If for some reason you cannot get ahold of your opponent before kickoff of the first game, please contact the commissioner.  Also, please email both your opponent and the commissioner if possible.

Rule Variable
"The Kordell Stewart Rule"
QBs must have a minimum number of 12 attempts for bonus scoring.  Also you cannot win 4th quarter +/- unless you meet the 12 attempt baseline.  For example, Mike Vick gets hurt after going 6 of 8 (75%).  His 75% counts to win 2nd quarter passing percentage, but he will not receive credit for his 75% in the 4th quarter and he will also not receive the three bonus points for hitting the 75% mark.
