| Well, don't really ask me a question because I'm not here and I won't be able to answer, but whatever. Anyway I was born into this beautful world on January 4th, in the year of our lord 1978 during the blizzard of '77 in Buffalo, NY. I grew up and went to Bennett Park Montessori (more like a communist indoctrination camp and for which I blame all of my current political and social views) until the fourth grade when my parents separated for the second time and my mother (a professor at the time) got a job at Penn State at Behrend. We lived in Erie, PA for a year and thankfully moved to Mississppi (wait, why did I say "thankfully?"). From 6th to 7th grade I lived in Starkville (pronounced "Stark-vull" by the locals) and, after a catastophic car accident ended up finishing my seventh grade year at my Uncle John's house in Montgomery, AL. Don't ask me why but it seems like I was on my own personal civil-rights march during that period in my life. Just before my eighth (huh?) grade year we moved back to Buffalo and I started attending BAVPA also known as Performing Arts. There I played trumpet (and not badly if I may say so myself) but it was more about rebellion, teen-angst, and drugs by the time I got through with it. Somehow I managed to get into SUNY Binghamton (not that it's a good school, just that it's a school at all) and I promptly forgot about the traumas of a life on the music scene. So, for four years I studied philosophy, Italian, Spanish, and, to my great surprise, anthropology making many good friends and drinking my fair share all the while. Then, in '00, I graduated with BA's in Italian and philosophy and was offered an assistanship to teach Italian and get a masters therein. Well, I'm on the verge of my last semester so who knows what's going to happen next. Despite what I'd like to do it's just as easy to assume I'll be managing a BK or two in the near future so I'll refrain for any speculation into my future... |
