Empeor Muy Thai, or Sagat is another one of henchmen. This guy has already battled Ryu many times. Infact the scar on his chest was made by Ryu in another Tournament. That's why he hates Ryu alot! In the game he is one of the Mini-Bosses befrore Bison. He can get annoying if you challenge him in the game and you lose again and again. And that's all I got about this guy, wait, I also know some moves of this guy: Tiger Punch, Tiger Uppercut; and his orgin is Thai-Land.
