" Blanka " by M. Bison. He did not always look like this. He has a very set of uniqe moves
in his power. Those like: The Spinning attack, the eletric shock attack, and the upward Spinning Attack. This is one hell of a guy! He did come out in the first Street Fighter of the Series.
It took me along time to figure this guys moves. Hehehehehe..................!
