Upcoming Vacation
I will be going on vacation soon. I will be gone from March 4-14. I will check the members list just before I leave and as soon as I get back for any new members. So new members welcomes may be a lil delayed but not forgotten.

Pet Adoptions
Just a reminder that we have members who fix up pets and offer them for adoption to members before putting them up for adoption by just anyone. To view pets presently available just go HERE.

My pet, Cosmoliminator, is now ready to be adopted. I will hold him till March 3 for guild members. After that I will be putting him in the pound for anyone.

Keep in mind there is always a chance you may not get any pet once it is in the pound. But if you are interested, I can arrange a specific time with you that I put him in and you can do a search just for his name and hopefully grab him first.

NEW CONTEST
Starts on 01/24/03 and ends on1/31/03. All who want to participate must neomail me by 01/23/03 11:59pm neopian time with their statement that they will be participating. You are to play the game Deckswabber. Those with the 3 highest scores will win. 3rd prize is a Crunchy Snot Birthday Cupcake, 2nd prize is a Red Koi Plushie, 1st prize is a Fire Faerie. The prizes are up in my trades for safekeeping and veiwing. There is a secret bonus prize for any who are able to beat my score of 820. Good luck everyone!

The Winner of the Name the Newpaper is innocuousfreak with the title "Fiesty Findings"! Again thank-you all who participated. There were some good entries! Tomorrow I will be announcing a new contest. Again it will not cost you anything but time to participate.

01/18/03 NEW MEMBERS PACKETS
I try to work on the new members packets at least once a week. I watch the members board for new members and will neomail them on how they can claim their packets. If they don't hear from me after being members for a couple of weeks then they can neomail me. I have recently experienced a few people joining, anxious for a packet, and leaving soon after claiming a packet. Also, people claiming a packet, but not getting involved in the guild in any way. Now that celebration week is over, I will be requiring new members to at least come to the board and introduce themselves to the members before recieving a packet. If anyone posts aking about new members packets, just tell them to relax and neomail me only if they don't hear from me about them after 2 weeks. This post is in no way meant as a criticism to anyone. I appreciate everyone whose been trying to help out. It is your helpful spirit the makes this guild. Thanks.
