I've started losing the weight fairly steadily again. I was getting kind of depressed for a little while there. School started up again, which means I've been more active. Also, I've started riding my exercise bike for 1 hour and walking on my Gazelle for 30 minutes a day. I can't wait until I can join Curves and start doing the aerobics. I think that will be good for weight training and preventing loose skin -- not that I've had a problem with that so far :-) |
