I went through my closet last weekend and tried on EVERYTHING in there. I now only have ~15 tops left from my old wardrobe (all of which were kind of too small before and are a little baggy now). I don't have ANY of my old pants. In fact, some of my new pants are getting baggy (size 16). I've been firmly in a size 14 for a while, and I'm working my way towards a size 12. I'm hoping that I will be in a size 12 by Thanksgiving (less than 2 weeks away). I think, once "Aunt Flow" goes home, I will be a lot closer to being able to wear size 12 comfortably.

Yesterday, Joy came over and went through all my old tops and shoes. She took some of the tops and 2 pairs of shoes (my feet are SHRINKING). Then, we went to her place and went through her closet; She is bigger in the stomach, and I'm bigger in the hips and thighs. She pulled out several tops and bottoms for me to borrow. We figure they will be too big for me by the time she is ready to start wearing them. She is taller than me, so her capris fit like pants on me; she'll be ready to have those back in February. Some of the clothes she loaned me, though, are things that she still wears. She was just being a GREAT friend in loaning them to me b/c she knows I'm freezing, don't have very many cute clothes to wear right now, and can't afford to go buy cute/warm clothes. TALK ABOUT LOVE! She even loaned me a pair of VERY CUTE low-rise, bootcut jeans (size 14). I haven't worn cute jeans since before my surgery :-)

I weigh 170 #'s, with a loss of 59 #'s and 55.75 total inches :-D Also, I THINK I've gained half an inch in HEIGHT *shrug* I'll have to get my doctor to check the next time I see him LOL.
