Receives Cadets and Midshipmen as members of Starfleet Academy. After 6
months or successful completion of Cadet Promotion Exam (CPE) for the
Cadets, they graduate and are assigned to their permanent units & receive
graduation certificates of their successful completion of the Academy.
Also responds to mail pertaining to the specific area.

The exams are intended for members of Starfleet Command. If you are not a
member of Starfleet Command, you will get a reply from the Commandant,
Starfleet Academy, but you will not be given credit for taking the exam.
For more information on becoming a member of Starfleet Command, go to the
following page & obtain an application. Upon receipt of your application &
dues, you will be an official member & can take the exam to get credit.
