1976-77 Summary
  In 1977, the Mariners and Coach Strozyk finished the regular season with a 7-9 conference record.  Leading the way for the Mariners were: Sue Makowski, who finished the season 177 points; Debbie Brauner, who contributed 204 rebounds; and K. Matusinec who racked up 132 rebounds in the season.  Debbie's 204 rebounds would give her the school record - and still has it today.  She also set still-standing records for the most offensive rebounds in a season (98) and the most offensive rebounds in a game with 12 in a 30-35 loss to New Berlin Eisenhower.
   Contributing for the Mariners were Debbie Artymiuk, Kathie Belter, Debbie Brauner, Debbie Gardetto,
Chris Gavin, Terry Kender, Sue Makowski, Kathy Matusinec, Jeanne Ramponi, Jill Walczak, and Teresa Wozniak.
