| The Virtuous Woman I read Scripture to remind myself of desirable qualities in a future spouse. In her I understand this description best. Her life is a sermon on this text. Her quiet spirit preaches to my restless heart. The thought of her beseeches me to let the anger fall apart. Her modesty teaches me that beauty of the heart reveals and multiplies the beauty beheld by eyes. Her gentleness reminds me that the Lord's work is to be done with meekness and humility. She is a sinner to be sure, but the evidence of her repentance increases her beauty all the more. Lord, my prayer for her is that you may bless her with a man who loves her quiet spirit, gentleness, and modesty and not only her outward beauty. - Chad M. Seybt |

| Quench My Thirst My heart is parched, clinging to the pallate of my soul. Inside I'm yearning for you to ease this burning. Quench my thirst. Fill me with Your love. Satisfy my soul until my river overflows. Body of dust, fruitless without your loving touch. Inside my heart groans. Please water the seed You've sown. Quench my thirst. Fill me with Your Word. Satisfy my soul until my river overflows. You lovingly invite me to drink the living waters. You wash away my sin, and I will never thirst again. - Chad M. Seybt |
