    Blessed Father in the Air

       Blessed Father in the air,
       Draw us to Your bosom there.
       Take us from this darkened world.
       Let us taste of sin no more.

       Blessed Father in the skies,
       Look on us with loving eyes.
       Take us from this world of pain.
       Let us not with tears be stained.

       Blessed Father up above,
       Fill us all with Your great love.
       Take us from this world of hate.
       Let us never want to stay.

       Blessed Father and the Son,
       Holy Spirit, Three in One,
       Praise we'll sing to You always,
       Longing to behold Your face.

                   Psalm 1

Blessed is the man
Who does not walk
With ungodly talk;
Nor in the path of sinners stands;

Nor sits with those who scorn;
But dwells with delight
Both day and night
In the instruction of the Lord.

Planted like a tree
By flowing rivers;
Fruitful, that does not whither,
Prosperous he shall be.

Not like the ungodly
Who are blown away
Like chaff on windy days,
Unable to stand boldly.

The Lord knows those who stay
In the righteous way,
But the way of the selfish
Shall surely perish.
