The night before the flight.



So I just gave myself a heart attack because I thought I had left this journal in Eau Claire, but I found it in the lining of my bag. Thank goodness. This little journal ranks up there with my passport. If I leave it I'll be most upset. I could replace an article of clothing if I left it, but if I left this little book...it's irreplaceable. Okay, enough about the book. Point's been made. We have been trying to figure out pack storage tonight, so as to carry the least amount of clothes over. My plan is to use throw-away clothes. Each day I'll throw away the clothes from the previous day so as to allow room for souvenirs, gifts, keepsakes, etc. Once we get to Dublin, we'll pick up our rental car and tour southern Ireland for 5 days. Then we'll drop the car off again in Dublin and fly over to Edinburgh, Scotland for two days. When we ditch the rental car the plan is to use public transit system to get around. We plan on winging it for where we stay every night. We'll probably just do youth hostels. When I looked at them on the internet they didn't look half bad. You never know.
