There's nothing like local talent to give you something to boast about amongst the punk circles of today. And these sorry looking individuals shot outside a bleak Wolverhampton scrapyard were the nearest my town ever got to punk celebritys at the time. Neon Hearts weren't  the meaning of life but they sure put Wolverhampton on the punk map back in '77. Paul Raven got himself a name playing bass in Killing Joke but sadly died in 2007. These days saxophonist Steve Heart manages the Canal niteclub and Beat Foundry rehearsal space in Wolves.
